- 记录频次  | Recording Frequency：每班记录两次，当航向、风流压差值、罗经改正量有变动时，应增加记录次数  | Record twice per watch; increase the frequency when there are changes in course, wind and current leeway, or compass correction.

- 罗经航向  | Compass Course：

记录陀螺罗经和标准磁罗经度数（罗经北与船首向的夹角） | Record the degrees of gyrocompass and standard magnetic compass (the angle between compass north and ship's heading).

- 罗经改正量  | Compass Correction：

记录陀螺罗经和标准罗经改正量，偏东为“+”，偏西为“-” | Record the correction value of gyrocompass and standard compass; east deviation is marked as "+", west deviation as "-".

- 真航向  | True Course：真北（子午线）与船首向的夹角，计算公式：真航向 = 罗经航向 + 罗经改正量（偏东为“+”，偏西为“-”） | The angle between true north (meridian) and ship's heading. Calculation formula: True Course = Compass Course + Compass Correction (east deviation "+", west deviation "-").

- 风流压差值  | Wind and Current Leeway：记录风流压差值和符号，左舷来风/流为“+”，右舷来风/流为“-” | Record the value and sign of wind and current leeway; port-side wind/current is "+", starboard-side wind/current is "-".
- 计划航迹向  | Planned Track Direction：真北（子午线）与海图上计划航线的夹角，计算公式：计划航迹 = 真航向 + 风流压差（左舷来风/流为“+”，右舷来风/流为“-”） | The angle between true north (meridian) and the planned route on the chart. Calculation formula: Planned Track = True Course + Wind and Current Leeway (port-side wind/current "+", starboard-side wind/current "-").
- 记程仪读数  | Log Reading：精确到1/10海里 | Accurate to 1/10 nautical mile.
- 实测时速  | Measured Speed per Hour：记录实测船位取得的平均时速 | Record the average speed obtained from the measured ship pos

气象、海况记载部分  |  Meteorological and Sea Condition Record Section

- 记录频次  | Recording Frequency：每班记录两次，遇恶劣天气或天气突变时，应增加观测和记录次数 | Record twice per watch; increase observation and recording frequency in case of severe weather or sudden weather changes.

- 气压  | Air Pressure：记录订正后的大气压 | Record the corrected atmospheric pressure. 

- 风向、风力  | Wind Direction and Force：记录真风向、真风力，风向以N, NNE, NE…等十六点表示，风力以蒲氏等级表示 | Record true wind direction and force; wind direction is expressed in 16 points (N, NNE, NE, etc.), and wind force is expressed in Beaufort scale. 

- 云量  | Cloud Cover：将天空分为十等份，0为无云，10为满天云 | Divide the sky into ten equal parts; 0 means cloudless, 10 means overcast.  

1.3 舱水测量记载  |  Bilge Water Measurement Record
- 记录频次  | Recording Frequency：每日0800、1600测量两次，由大副班记录；必要时增加测量次数并记录 | Measure twice a day at 0800 and 1600, recorded by the chief officer's watch; increase measurement frequency and record if necessary.

1.4 中午测算  |  Noon Calculation

每日中午由值班驾驶员统计填入，实际航程根据实测船位所得航迹线上的实际里程确定  | Compiled and filled in by the duty officer every noon; the actual voyage distance is determined by the actual mileage on the track obtained from the measured ship position.

2.1 记事栏记载内容  |  Remarks Column Record Content

当班驾驶员需按时间顺序详细记载船舶动态现象及动作，交班时在本班栏右下角签字  | The duty officer shall record the ship's dynamic phenomena and actions in chronological order in detail, and sign at the bottom right corner of the watch column when handing over.

抵离港前  |  Before Arrival and Departure

记载对航行安全有影响的主要航行设备的试验和检查结果、船首尾吃水，以及特种船舶的特殊操作  | Record the test and inspection results of main navigation equipment affecting navigation safety, the draft at bow and stern, and special operations of special ships.  

2.1.2 离靠码头（浮筒）泊位时  |  When Departing/berthing at Wharf (Buoy) Berth

扼要记载操纵措施、引航员姓名与上下船时间地点、拖轮船名与靠上/解拖时间及动态、

系缆/解缆时间、抛锚/起锚时间、泊位/锚位与水深底质、锚链长度、号灯号型、备车/用车/完车/定速时间、船位及掉头等情况

  | Briefly record the maneuvering measures, pilot's name, boarding/disembarking time and place, tugboat name, tugging/untugging time and status, mooring/unmooring time, anchoring/weighing anchor time, berth/anchor position, water depth and bottom quality, anchor chain length, navigation lights and shapes, engine standby/operation/stop/stabilized speed time, ship position and turning situation, etc.

 航行中  |  During Navigation

凡与海图作业、航行安全相关的操作、观测、计算结果及措施均需记载，主要包括  | All operations, observations, calculation results and measures related to chart work and navigation safety shall be recorded, mainly including:

1. 船位：

天测、推算和交接班船位精确到分以下一位小数，陆测、测深、雷达和无线电助航仪器船位需记录观测数据及位移差与应对措施  | Ship Position: Celestial observation, estimated and handover positions are accurate to one decimal place below minutes; for shore-based observation, sounding, radar and radio navigation aid positions, record observation data, displacement difference and response measures.

2. 经过重要物标、进出分道通航区/特殊区域、经过主要航标的时间、方位、距离

  | Time, bearing and distance when passing important landmarks, entering/exiting traffic separation zones/special areas, and passing main navigation marks.

3. 改变航向的时间、船位、记程仪读数，以及罗经改正量的测算时间和数据  |

Time and position of course change, log reading, as well as measurement time and data of compass correction. 

4. 记程仪开启/停止时间、改正量及测校的时间、数据和方法  | Log start/stop time, correction value, as well as measurement and calibration time, data and methods.
5. 开始/停止使用风流压差的时间、船位、风/流数据  | Time, position and wind/current data when starting/stopping the use of wind and current leeway.
6. 影响本船安全的来船情况，及避让措施与时间  |  Status of approaching ships affecting the safety of the vessel, as well as collision avoidance measures and time.
7. 气象/海况突变时间及安全措施  | Time of sudden meteorological/sea condition changes and safety measures.
8. 货舱检查和货物保管措施  | Cargo hold inspection and cargo storage measures.
9. 巡回检查情况  |  Patrol inspection status.

停泊时  |  When Anchored/Moored

1. 锚泊/系泊/移泊情况、气象/水文、日视出没、升降旗/号型/号灯开关时间、装卸 货开工/停工时间

/舱号/原因、各舱装卸货情况、船舶首尾吃水、安全巡视、上下客时间、压舱水调整情况  | Anchoring/mooring/shift berthing status, meteorology/hydrology, sunrise and sunset, flag/shape/navigation light on/off time, cargo loading/unloading start/stop time/hold number/reason, loading/unloading status of each hold, ship bow and stern draft, safety patrol, passenger boarding/disembarking time, ballast water adjustment status.

2. 淡水/燃料补给时间及数量、船舶主要设备预防检修措施、厂修主要项目及进度  | Fresh water/fuel supply time and quantity, preventive maintenance measures for main ship equipment, main shipyard repair items and progress.

 重大事项记事栏  |  Major Events Record Column 

由船长或大副填写，记载船上非经常性及重大事件，包括  | Filled in by the captain or chief officer, recording non-routine and major events on board, including: 

- 海事、人员伤亡事故  | Maritime accidents and casualties

- 救生、消防及防污染设备检查时间和情况  | Inspection time and status of life-saving, fire-fighting and anti-pollution equipment
