  可以有虚拟干舷的前提,就是这个船一定是富裕干舷,既比 公约要求的最小干舷要大。如果达到超过了一个标准上建高度,就可以把原来的位置1变成位置2 。原来的位置2,就变成没有要求了。此时,从船舶外观上看一个显著的特点,应该是全季节干舷,即:只有“F”
