GENERAL  PROVISIONS总则

0.1

This procedure  shall be taken as the technical guideline for sea trials after approved by  the Owner, Class and Authority.

本试验大纲经船东船级社和主管机关验船师认可后作为正式试验的技术依据。

 

0.2

Sea trials  are to be executed after finishing the mooring test. If not, the remaining  items of mooring test to be carried out at the time mutually agreed by the  builder, the owner or/and the class or/and the authority.

Any item  that has already been checked and approved in mooring test or in shop test,  in principle will not be tested again in sea trial.

航行试验应在系泊试验结束后进行。如有遗留系泊试验项目,需经船厂,船东和/或船级社和/或主管机关同意择期进行。凡系泊试验中已结束及确认的项目,原则上在航行试验中不再进行。

Any item in  this document shall be tested with the participation of the owner’s  representatives, or/and the Class surveyors, or/and the representatives of  other relevant authority bodies.

本大纲涉及的有关的试验应在船东代表、和/或船级社验船师和/或主管机关所委托的人员参加下进行。

For the  whole duration of sea trials all safety appliances and systems shall be kept  functional, above all such as

Life saving  appliances/equipment

Fire  fighting equipment and systems

Fire  detection and alarm systems including fire doors

Safety  systems for main engine, auxiliary engines, fuel pumps, boilers, ventilators,  etc.

试航期间,所有安全设施及系统应为可用,如:

救生设施 / 设备

防火设备及系统

火警探测及报警系统(含防火门)

主机,辅机,燃油泵,锅炉,风机等的安全系统

Definition   定义:

-Full Load Condition: at design draft of 6.60 m with a trim not  exceeding 0.5m,

-满载状态:设计吃水6.60米,纵倾不超过0.5

1.0

Speed trial  航速试验

1.1

 

Speed trial shall be executed under full load condition as well as  according to 50%, 75%, 85%and 100% of the MCR of main engine. Each setting to  be measured on 2 runs in the contrary directions. Speed is to be measured by  means of the DGPS system.

航速试验在船满载状态相应于主机的50%, 75%, 85%100% MCR情况下测定。每个速度在相反方向航行二次。航速由DGPS系统测定。

1.2

The speed trial shall be executed in the open area with water  depth over 50m and sea condition not exceeding equivalent of wind of Beaufort  3. If the sea condition is above these requirements, the test results  measured shall be corrected accordingly.

航速试验应在开阔海区进行,水深大于50m,海况不大于风力蒲氏3级。如果不符合上述要求,试验结果做相应修正。



2.0

Turning circle test  回转试验

2.1

Turning circle test to be taken at full speed.

回转试验应在全航速进行。

2.2

When the vessel is going at a steady and full speed ahead with full  load condition, give order to turn the rudder to port 35°and keep this angle until the  ship turns one full 360 circle, then to turn the rudder to zero.

船舶在满载状态下,以全速稳定直航,下令转舵左35°并保持此舵角至船舶完成360°回转一圈,回复至起始航向,下令回舵至0

2.3

Display ship’s tracks by means of DGPS, record the turning  diameter, the time for ship turning a 360°circle, the maximum heeling angle as well as the wind speed and  direction.

DGPS 显示运动轨迹。测量回转直径、时间、最大横倾角以及风速和风向。

2.4

Repeat the test at the opposite direction.

向右回转重复一次并记录。



3.0

Z-manoeuvre test  Z形操纵试验

Z-manoeuvre 20˚/20˚ test to be performed at the full speed.

Z形操纵20°/20°试验应在全航速下进行。

3.1

Keep the ship at steady speed in a predetermined course (initial  heading) at full load condition for 2~3 minutes.

船舶在预定航向(初始首向角)上满载稳速直航2~3分钟

3.2

Quickly turn the rudder to starboard 20°and keep the azimuth angle.

快速操舵至右舵20°,稳住舵角;

When the heading of the ship reaches starboard 20°to the initial heading, quickly  turn the rudder to port 20°and keep the azimuth angle.

当首向角达偏离初始首向角右舷20°时,快速反向转舵至左舵20°,稳住舵角

3.4

When the heading of the ship reaches to the port 20°to initial heading, quickly turn  the rudder to starboard 20°and keep the azimuth angle.

当首向角达偏离初始首向角左舷20°时,快速操舵至右舵20°,稳住舵角

3.5

When the heading of the ship again reaches to the starboard 20°to initial heading, quickly turn  the rudder to port 20°and to keep the azimuth angle.

当首向角再次达偏离初始首向角右舷20°时,快速操舵至左舵20°,稳住舵角

3.6

When the heading of the ship reaches to initial heading, quickly  turn the rudder to 0°, thus one test is finished.

当首向角向左达初始首向角时,快速操舵回中,至此一次试验结束。

3.7

Display ship’s track by means of DGPS, record the time, rudder  angle, heading angle in the course of test at suitable time interval.

DGPS显示船舶的航迹,记录试验过程中的时间、舵角和首向角。



4.0

Inertia test  惯性试验

4.1

Crash stop test

紧急停车试验

4.1.1

Crash stop test to be carried out at full speed with full load  condition.

紧急停车试验应在全航速下进行。

4.1.2

When the ship is at steady speed ahead, rudder angle at zero, give  order to stop the engine and full astern, then record the motion track by  DGPS and measure the time, deviation of heading and advanced distance from  order till the ship is stopped (no speed to water).

船舶在满载状态下稳速直航,下令停车并全速倒车。由DGPS记录航迹,记录其滑行距离、滑行时间及船艏方向偏移。

4.1.3

When the ship is stopped, the absolute wind direction and velocity  to be recorded.

测定并记录风向、风速及海流速和流向等海况。

4.2

Inertia stop test

惯性停车试验

4.2.1

Inertia stop test to be carried out at full speed with full load  condition.

惯性停车试验应在全航速下进行。

4.2.2

When the ship is at steady speed ahead, give order to stop engine,  then record the motion track by DGPS and measure the advanced distance,  deviation of heading and the time from order till the ship is stopped.

船舶在满载状态下稳速直航,下令停车。由DGPS记录航迹,记录其滑行距离、滑行时间及船艏方向偏移。

4.2.3

When the ship is stopped, the wind direction and velocity to be  recorded.

测定并记录风向、风速及海流速和流向等海况。



5.0

Bow thruster   首侧推试验

Ship is at full load condition, wind not exceed Beaufort 4,ocean  wave not exceed Beaufort 2, calm tidal current

船舶满载,风力不超过蒲氏4级,海浪不超过2级,潮流平稳

5.1

While the ship is at zero speed and the bow thruster is upper  position, start the thruster. To turn the ship’s heading to portside and  starboard side respectively when the bow thruster is at its maximum power.  

船舶为零航速时,艏侧推在上部位置,起动侧推装置。在其最大功率时,测量船舶航向分别向左舷 /右舷偏移。

5.2

Record the time for heading change of 45°to portside and starboard side  respectively .

记录船舶航向分别向左舷 /右舷偏移45°的时间。

5.3

While the ship speed is at 5 knots, repeat the item 5.1and 5.2  again.

船舶为低航速V=5节时,重复5.15.2项试验。

5.4

While the ship is at zero speed , push the bow thruster to the lower  position. Turn it facing stern, and put the pitch angle to maximum position,  do the test and measure the maximum speed by means of bow thruster.

船舶为零航速时,将艏侧推下降到下部位置。转向艉部,将螺距置最大位置,运行试验,测量艏侧推能达到的航速。

5.5

The starting current and working current of bow thruster main  motor to be recorded.

测量首侧推主电动机的启动电流和工作电流。

5.6

Wind direction and velocity and the water current status shall be  measured and recorded:

记录风向、风速和水流。



6.0

Measurement of vibration   振动测试

According to requirements of entrusted authority bodies.

应遵照主管机关的要求。

6.1

The ship is at full load condition and sails ahead with 85% MCR, depth  of water to be at least 25 m below keel, and steering to be as less as  possible.

船舶满载、在85%MCR下航行,龙骨下水深不小于25m,并尽量少操舵。

6.2

Measure areas:

Engine room, control stations, accommodation spaces and  wheelhouse.

测试部位:机舱、控制站、居住处所、驾驶室等。



7.0

Measurement of noise   噪声测试

7.1

Ship is at full load condition and running with service condition85% of MCR. The depth of water to be at  least 25 m below keel. All equipment needed for normal navigation to be in  operation. All doors and windows to be closed, air condition in operation.

船舶满载在85%MCR下航行,龙骨下水深不小于25m。正常航行时所必须的各种设备(空调、通风)正常工作,所有门窗关闭,进行舱室噪声测试。


Measurement areas:

Engine room, ECR, wheelhouse, accommodation spaces, offices,  galley, mess room, laundry, bow thruster room.

测试区域:机舱、集控室、驾驶室、居住舱室、办公室、厨房、餐厅、洗衣间、艏侧推室

7.2

Ship is at harbor mode and cargo handling, venting etc are  working. Measurement areas: Main deck (choose several spots in site), wheelhouse,  accommodation space.

船舶处于码头模式,货油泵系统、通风系统等工作时,进行噪声测试。

测试区域:主甲板上(现场确定几个测试点)、驾驶室、居住舱室。



8.0

Cargo tank test   货舱试验

8.1

Pressure test according to the JH512-941-01SG “Structure Test forHull”.

压力试验按照JH512-941-01SG “船体结构密性试验大纲


Cargo tanks to be pressure tested with the head of water :  2.4 m

货舱的试验压力水头高度为:2.4

Selecting tanks to be tested will be basing on the agreement  between Yard, Class, and Owner.

由船厂,船东,船级社协商试验货舱的数目和位置。

8.2

The operational test of cargo system including filling, suction,  transferring, as well as sounding and venting to be carried out during the  cargo tank tests. The running test of cargo pumps shall be carried out  simultaneously. The capacity of cargo pump to be checked .

同时进行货油系统的装卸,驳运,测深,透气及货油泵运行试验。测量货油泵的排量

8.3

Each cargo tank to be fulfilled with sea water for at least 24  hours to check the quality of coating.

每一货舱海水浸泡不小于24小时,检查油漆质量。

OUTFITTING PART

舾装部分

1.0

Anchor test  抛(起)锚试验

This test is to be carried out in a sea area of a depth not less  than 50m. Both port and starboard windlass are to be tested for one time  respectively and test result to be recorded.

本试验要求在水深 ³50 m的海域进行,左右锚各试验一次并作试验记录。

1.1

Loose the chain stopper.

松开掣链器。

1.2

Take off the brake and lets go the anchor and anchor chain by  their own weight to the 5th shackle. In the process of lowering, the brake is  to be applied for 2-3 times to test the effect of brake.

松开刹车,让锚及锚链靠自重放落至第5,在放链过程中使用刹车2~3,以试验刹车效果。

1.3

After lowering down the 5th shackle, the chain is to be braked by  means of the chain stopper. Then the main engine will be going astern at a  dead slow speed for 1-2 minutes to test the reliability of the chain stopper.

在放完五节锚链后,用掣链器将锚链掣紧,然后慢速倒车1~2分钟,以试验掣链器的可靠性。

1.4

Disengage the chain stopper and heave up the anchor. Meanwhile,  record the time required for heaving up the 4th and 3rd shackles and an  average value of the recorded time is to be taken as the speed of anchor  hoisting. The speed shall not be less than 9m/min.

脱开掣链器起锚,测量第四节与第三节两锚链的起收时间,其平均值作为起锚速度,应不小于9/分。

1.5

Check the working condition of heaving and lowering of the chain  and see if twisting or jumping, when passing through the chain stopper and  the wildcat of windlass during the test.

观察收放锚时锚链通过掣链器及锚机链轮时有无跳链扭转现象。

1.6

Heave the anchor back to the pocket.

将锚收入锚穴。

1.7

Check the working condition of flushing system during the test.

检查锚链冲水装置冲洗效果。

1.8

Measure current and voltage during the test. Measure thermal  insulation resistant for electric motors after test.

试验时测量电机的电流和电压;试验后测量电机的热绝缘阻力。



2.0

Steering test   操舵试验

The test is to be carried out when the vessel is going ahead at  full speed.

船舶以全航速进行试验。

2.1

Steering is to be carried out once from the wheelhouse according  to the following sequences:

在驾驶室内按下列顺序操舵各一次。

Use oil pump No.1 and control box No.1 to operate:

During the steering, the time required for moving the rudder from  35° on one  side to 30° on the  other side shall not exceed 28 seconds, the maximum hydraulic pressure and the  electric current shall be recorded.

在以上操舵过程中测定舵机自35°至另一舷30°所需时间应不大于28秒。

2.1.2

Use oil pump No.2 and control box No.2 to operate rudder once  again according to the a.m. sequence.

No2油泵 No2电控操作按2.1.1操作顺序重新进行一次操舵。

2.2

Oil pump No.1and No.2 run simultaneously. The time required from 35° on one side to 30° on the other side to be not  exceed 14 seconds.

用二台泵同时工作,测定舵机自35°至另一舷30°所需时间应不大于14秒。

2.3

Steering test in Steering gear room.

Oil pumps No.1 and 2 are to be operated once as to following  sequences.

舵机室操舵试验,用 No1, No2泵各进行试验一次。

2.4

Emergeney steering 0~15º to be testeed by emergevey power supply

应急操舵0~15º时应由应急发电机运转供电。

船全速后退时的操舵试验


The rudder to be operated as follows,  but test to be stopped, when a pressure of the oil pump of the steering gear  is reaching the rated pressure (125 bar)         0o → 5o  → 10o  → 15o

Check up the possibility of steering  when the ship is going astern, and estimate the maximum possible rudder  angle.

操舵从0o→  5o→ 10o→ 15o

使操舵角逐次增加,直至舵机油泵的油压接近额定压力。

检查舵机在船舶后退时的操舵可能性并记录其最大可操舵角。

2.6

Max. hydraulic pressure to be measured and recorded.

Max. electric load to be measured and checked.

同时记录最大液压压力和电流。

Power condition and time for main engine  test to be accorded with the below list. The trials to be carried out  continuously. The off time due to cause to be not more than 15 minutes.

主机航行试验的工况及时间按下表,试验应连续进行,中间因故停止时间应不超过15分钟。

1.1.1.2

Uniformity  test of cylinders:

Under  rated power condition the parameter of all cylinders should meet the  requirements as following:

Compressed  pressure:   ±2.5%

Explosion  pressure:      ±4%

Exhaust  temperature:    ±5  %

各缸工作均匀性试验,在额定工况下各缸参数,应符合下列规定:

压缩压力  ±2.5%

爆炸压力  ± 4%

排气温度  ± 5 %


1.1.1.3

Operating  condition of all parts to be checked.

Temperature  and pressure of F.O., L.O., cooling water, exhaust and it’s data to be  measured and recorded hourly during the rated power condition. The other power  conditions should be measured, and recorded immediately at the end of each  test.

检查各部分运转情况,在额定工况时每隔1小时测量并记录:燃油、滑油、冷却水、排气温度、压力等数据,其它工况,在各档试验结束后即行测量记录。


1.1.1.4

During  main engine load test the effectiveness of the viscosity controller equipment  to be carried out.

主机负荷试验时,粘度控制装置作效用试验。


1.1.2

The  standby pumps and auxiliary equipment for main engine operating and main sea  valve in sea chests to substitute each other while sea trial.

为主机运转服务的各备用和辅助设备及海底阀等应进行替代使用。


1.1.3

Transition  test from MDO to HFO to be carried out. The effect test of HFO heater,  auto-viscosity controller and its equipment to be carried out. For 100% load,  the test run (no.5 of item 1.1.1.1) is to be carried out with HFO.

进行柴油、重油转换试验、重油加热、粘度自动控制等设备应进行效用试验。在100  %负荷时(1.1.1.1中的第5条),进行重油运行试验。


1.1.4

The  main engine minimum steady speed to be estimated. It should run at that speed  for 5 minutes.

测定主机的最低稳定工作转速,并在此转速下运转5分钟。


1.1.5

The  effect test on the emergency stop system is to be carried out.

对紧急停车装置进行效用试验。


1.1.6

The  gearbox rotation reversal test. Measure the time from rotation reversal  operation to opposite running at its lowest steady speed.  The times of rotation reversal test must not  less three.

齿轮箱换向试验, 测定在最低稳定工作转速下,从换向操纵开始到在相反方向开始工作为止所需的时间。换向试验次数不小于3次。

Measurement  of torsion vibration of shafting to be taken.

轴系扭转振动测试。


1.1.8

After sea trials, crankshaft deflection to be  measured and recorded at hot and cold state.

试航后,进行曲轴臂距差的热态和冷态测量。并作记录。

1.1.9

 

After  sea trial in moored condition only one cylinder is chosen to be dismounted,  checked and then be remounted again. At mooring condition main engine to be  put into operation again for half an hour at “Slow Astern”

航行试验结束后,任选一缸拆检,拆检完毕装复后,应在系泊状态下动车复试半小时。(依船东和船级社的要求作,如船东和船级社没有提出可不做)

1.1.10

After  sea trial the foundation bolts to be re-checked for tightness.

航行试验后,  须检查并紧固主机的底脚螺栓。(船东和船级社需在场)

1.1.11

All  lub oil filters and fuel oil filters used during sea trial for main engine to  be inspected.

检查所有在航行试验中为主机服务的燃、滑油滤器。

1.2

Shaft  test

轴系试验

1.2.1

Check the  cooling system and Lub. System of the shafting.

检查轴系的冷却及润滑系统是否正常。

1.2.2

Temperature  of shaft bearings and inner shaft seal to be  recorded.

记录轴承和轴封温度

1.3

Jack load test of propeller shaft to be done during or after sea  trials.

主轴顶伸试验,试航或试航后进行



2.0

Diesel generator
柴油发电机组运行试验

During  sea trials each generator diesel engine should separately run in cooperation  with the main engine. The power station engines auto-control system including  monitoring, control and alarm system should be reliable on function and  action.

航行试验时各发电机组应互相替换工作,电站自动控制系统包括监测,控制及报警装置在航行时功能和动作应准确可靠。

Auxiliary engines shall be tested with back up power for  electronic governor.

电子调速器备用电源测试辅机。



3.0

Exhaust gas boiler
废气锅炉试验

3.1

Test  conditions:

试验条件


a:  According to measuring point list, each  safety alarm device will be checked eligibly.

b:  The safety valves of system will be checked  eligibly, set point 10 bar.

 

a:按照报警测量点表,各安全报警装置校验合格。

b:系统安全阀校验合格,10  bar起跳。

3.2

Test  contents and procedure:

试验内容及程序


aWhen the diesel generator sets  operate under full load, to start the thermal oil circular pumps for exhaust  gas heater. The function test of exhaust gas heater to be carried out for 2-4  hours, at the same time the following data will be measured and recorded: the  temperature and differential pressure of exhaust gas that in/out heater, the  temperature, pressure and differential pressure of thermal oil that in/out  heater.

b:  To test when the thermal oil outlet temperature of exhaust gas heater reaches  1900C, the single flap unit will be automatically opened. The  exhaust gas is by-passed. When the temperature reaches 1700C the  single flap unit will be automatically closed.


a: 当主机全负荷运转时,启动废气锅炉热油循环泵,废气锅炉作效用试验2-4小时。试验时应测量并记录下列参数:废气进出锅炉的温度和压差,热油进出锅炉的温度、压力、热油出口处压差。

b:试验当废气锅炉热油出口温度达到190°C时,其气动排气阀片自动打开,废气旁通。当温度达到170°C时,气动排气阀片自动关闭。

3.3

To  fulfill the test report.

填写试验报告。



4.0

AUT-test        AUT试验

4.1

General  alarm and CO2 alarm test shall be carried out during endurance test

其间通用报警和CO2报警试验。

4.2

Airflow  measurement of air condition accommodation and engine room ventilation to  carry out.

其间机舱通风和舱室空调风量测量。

4.3

Fire  pumps test to be done

其间消防泵试验。



5.0

Fresh water generator
制淡装置试验

5.1

Before commissioning fresh water evaporator, the following  condition must be ready:

A.  pipe system is completed, and it is correct; pipe tightness is OK.

B.  Vessel is sailing in sea (area is not polluted)

制淡装置在进行制淡水前,应具备的条件如下:

 A.管路系统完整,正确;密性合格.

 B.船舶须位于干净的海水区域.

5.2

The  alarm system action should be reliable.

各报警器动作应可靠。

5.3

Adjustment  and effect test for auto-control system of the fresh water generator shall be  carried out.

制淡装置的自动控制系统调整及效用试验。

5.4

The  fresh water generator operation to be carried out with main engine running at  85 % MCR. The quantity of generated fresh water should meet the standards in  the equipment’s technical document: 20m3/24hours The test to last  2 hours.

制淡装置的运转试验在主机负荷85%MCR时进行.

制淡装置造水量应符合设备技术文件中的规定:20m3/24hours。试验两小时。



6.0

Other auxiliary equipment  and system.
其他辅助设备和系统的运行试验

They  are to be put into operation as far as necessary for the scheduled test items  during the sea trial.

航行试验时按需要投入运行。



7.0

Function test of fans for  engine room
机舱通风机在航行试验时的效用试验

7.1

Starting  two sets of fans to supply air. The air supplied into the air ducts to be  adjusted.

船舶航行试验时,开启左右二台机舱风机进行送风,期间调整机舱风管中各送风口的布风情况。

7.2

 

Function  of ventilation for engine room to be checked when the main engine is under  full speed.

当主机进行全负荷运转时,检查机舱通风的效用情况。



8.0

Black out test失电试验

“Black-out  test” under seagoing conditions (appr.85% load ME) to be carried out,  automatic re-start of relevant pumps to be checked.

在航行状态下(85%MCR),进行失电试验,检查相关泵的自动重启。



9.0

Dead ship test瘫船起动试验

9.1

Stop  the main engine and aux. engine. Empty the M/E starting bottle and the A/E  starting bottle.

主、辅机停车,并将主、辅机起动空气瓶放空。

9.2

Start  the emergency genset.

起动应急发电机组。

9.3

Start  one of the main air compressors with the emergency power source and fulfill  the A/E starting air bottle until the pressure reach the min. A/E starting pressure.  Starting the A/E cooling S.W. pump. Then starting the A/E.

起动主空压机组中供有应急电源的一台空压机为辅机起动空气瓶充气,直到空气瓶压力达辅机最低起动压力。起动辅机海水冷却水泵。然后起动辅机。

9.4

Start  the main air compressor and fulfill M/E starting air bottle until the pressure  reach the min. M/E starting pressure. Starting the M/E cooling water pumps,  LO pump and the FO supply system.Then starting the M/E. Restore the  propulsion of the ship.

起动主空压机组中为主机起动空气瓶充气,直到空气瓶压力达主机最低起动压力。起动主机冷却水泵、滑油泵及燃油供给系统。然后起动主机。恢复船舶的推进系统。

9.5

The  operating time should be not more than 30 minutes.

整个过程不超过30分钟。

Function  test of the M/E remote control system to be carried out 2 to 3 times in the  bridge room and the engine control room, such as the speed governing,  stopping, emergency stopping, G/B ahead or astern operation and so on. When  operation the automatic running program of M/E should be accurately and  reliable. Record the operating times. (The test should be done after the  function test of the local emergency operation is carried out.)

在驾驶室和集控室进行主机调速、停车、紧急停车、齿轮箱正/倒车等遥控操纵系统  的效用试验2~3次。操纵时,主机自动工作的程序必须准确可靠。对各项遥控操纵所需的时间,应作记录。(本试验须在机旁应急操纵效用试验合格后才能进行)

The  control station exchange between the bridge room and the engine control room  to be done. Record the exchange time and check the lock function.

 进行驾驶室及机舱集控室间的主机控制权转换。记录转换所需时间,并检查各操纵站间的联锁装置功能。

11.3

The  test may be carried out during the mooring test. The max. speed of the M/E  should be decided according to the actual condition of the dock. Operate the  M/E several times as the following order: ahead slowly – stop – astern slowly  – stop. The control function should be correct.

本试验可与主机的系泊试验同时进行。试验时主机的最高转速根据码头的情况而定。控制主机按正车慢速  – 停车 – 倒车慢速  – 停车的顺序操作几个回合,其控制功能应正确。
