好几个兄弟问我有没有演习记录了,我整理了一下平时常用的,有需要的可以参考一下。以下仅供参考,请根据SOLAS公约,公司体系和船上实际的编写,如有不正确的地方请大家提出来,一起学习,一起进步.
1.Lifeboat Launch In Water Drill
0900: General alarm sounded by master and followed by announcement on the PA system.
0901: Master sends distress alarm by GMDSS equipment(Simulated).
0902: All crews assembled at aftmuster station and took personnel protection equipment/documents as per the muster list. tested and training on using of lifesaving radio equipment (such as Two-way VHF, SART, EPIRB ), head counted and crews duties checked by C/O, found all in order and reported to bridge.
0905: Crew’s donning/dressing checked , found all in good condition.
0910: Emergency light , steering gear and the lifeboat engine checked and tested ahead and astern(more than 3 mins) in normal , all crew lifeboat launch procedure briefed on site by CO.
0918: All is ready for lowering and reported to bridge. Master ordered to lower the lifeboat use the davit falling-wire until in water
0920: Lifeboat launch carried out, the hook released down,
0930: Lifeboat lowered into the water
0935: Lifeboat maneuvered by operating crew in water.
0948: Hooked the falling wire for hoist the life boat.
0952: Hoisting boat back original position. Reset the release hook, free-fall life boats secured to its original store position. Operating crew back to the free-fall lifeboat deck.
1000: C/O briefed this drill and 3/O Trained how to release life raft by launching& quick release
1005: One prolong alarm sounded, Master announced to complete this drill .
2.Dedicated Rescue boat waterborne and maneuver in water drill
1010: General alarm sounded andfollowed by mater’s announcement on the PA system.
1012: All crews assembled at rescue boat deck , Tested the communication, head counted and crews duties checked by C/O, found all in order and reported to bridge.
1014: FPD (fall preventer device) secured . Rescue boat engine, lights, hook and launching device checked & tested, found all in good order.
1020: Carried out quick release procedure for rescue boat.
1022: Conductedthe operation of davits used for launching rescue boat follow the operation procedure.
1025:Tested launching up and down found all in good condition
1028:3 crews embarked the rescue boat and lowered together in the water
1035:Rescue boat manoeuvred by operating crew in water
1048: Rescue boat recovered, stowed back in position & secured, check all moving parts, found all in normal
1055:C/O briefed this drill.
1100: One prolong alarm sounded, Master announced to complete this drill.
3.ManOverboard Drill
Scenario: Simulate when ship sailing toPort XXX one crew slipped and fell overboard whilst painting starboard side gangway
1546: BSN informed bridge that one crew fell overboard from starboard side gangway.
1547: Released M.O.B lifebuoy on starboard bridge wing. Activate M.O.B function on the GPS & ECDIS and sounded alarm informed master on bridge and engine room.
1548: put the rudder to starboard immediately to commence Williamson turn to recover man overboard,2 lookouts posted both sides for the casualty and keep him in sight. broadcast the urgent message to ships in vicinity.
1550: Test rescue boat engine ahead and astern use each set battery,Tested position light and search light, bilge pump and other accessories, all inspection/tested found in good condition for launching. first aid team prepared. Master gave an order starting to Lower the rescue boat( Simulation)
1554: The rescue boat launched in water. Hook release, start rescue boat engine and proceed to pick up man overboard. ( Simulation)
1558: The person overboard rescued, C/O reports to master.
1600: Recovery of rescue boat, secured to its original store position.
1603: C/O briefed “Lowering procedure of Rescue boat”
1605: Master called-off drill.
4.Firein cargo hold drill
Simulated “Fire in cargo hold No. 9”
1430: Fire alarm sounded and followed by master’s announcement on PA system : fire on cargo hold No.9.
1432: All crew gathered at the Muster station dressed FFEs properly with equipments as per their duty , checked of relevant communication equipment and fireman outfit & other personal rescue equipments all in normal. C/O made head count and crews duties and reported to bridge.
1435: master instructed to take action as per muster list and informed E/R to standby main engine so as to slow down the ship speed, and meanwhile, alter ship course to make fire location at leeside.
1437: master ordered to shut off the ventilation and power supply of the NO.9 cargo hold , start the emergency fire pump, prepared the two fire hose of the fire scene for cooling the coaming and hatch cover. At same time, fireman was fully dressed to ready for firefighting.
1440: Lifeboat was also stoodby for readily use.
1442: Emergency fire pump started. Two jets of hose sprayed with water, boundary cooling the outside of the cargo hold, Fireman and fire hose team conducted cooling the outside of the hatch cover and the hatch coaming.
1450: the temperatures of hatch cover and coaming were down and continuously monitored accordingly during cooling period.
1454:Drill ended, all crew mustered again , C/O counted head and no crew missing and injury ,cleaned up the spot and C/O briefed “firefighting procedure”
1458: Master called-off drill.
5.Firein Compressor Room
其他几个消防演习内容都差不多,修改一下就可以了
Simulated “Fire in Compressorroom”
1502: Sound fire alarm &Raised general alarm from bridge. Announced the Compressor roomon fire by PA System,
1504: All crew gathered at the Muster station dressed FFEs properly with equipments as per their duty , checked of relevant communication equipment and fireman outfit & other personal rescue equipments all in normal. C/O made head count and crews duties and reported to bridge.
1505: Master instructed to take action as per muster list .
1507: As per muster list shut off the ventilation and power supply of the Compressorroom, start the emergency fire pump, prepared the two fire hose of the fire scene.3/O standby lifeboat. Fireman dressed the Fireman’s outfit and reported to bridge.
1509: Emergency fire pump started. Two jets of hose sprayed with water, boundary cooling the outside of the Compressorroom, Fireman entered the Compressor room and fire hose team continue cooling the outside of the Compressor room.
1512 Fireman reported fire on clout fire, it is small fire . Then C/O reported to bridge.
1514: Bridge ordered to use portable dry powder extinguishers, and fireman extinguished the fire by portable dry powder extinguisher.
1518: Detected again by fireman.
1522: Fireman reported to C/O the fire was extinguished and can’t re-ignition.
1523:C/O Reported to bridge fire was extinguished and can’t re-ignition.
1524: Master noticed that ventilation and electrical resupply, then clear up Compressorroom.
1526: all crew mustered again , C/O counted head and no crew missing and injury ; C/O took some comments and trained for this drill.
1528: The drill completed and master declare dismiss.
6.Bunker Spill Drill
1605LT:Bridge sounded alarm and master announced “Bunker Spill (Overflow) Drill ” on public address system.( Simulation bunker overflow due to hose burst).
1607: All crews mustered on Upper deck starboard side muster station, checked individual duty and personal equipment, all in normal.
1610: C/E gave the order stopping all bunker operation. Deck department plugged all deck drains and all crews prepared SOPEP equipment. 3/O started prepared rescue boat standing by..
1614: 2/E Immediately stopped the related bunker operation. Released oil pressure inside the pipeline where leakage has occurred. 3/E transferred. oil inside the pipeline to oil tank by gravity or pumping without delay. Fitter in charge of repaired the oil pipes..
1618: BSN and other crew used sand, saw dust, cotton yarn or oil dispersant, to Clean the oil dirt. 3/O reported rescue boat standing by.
1622: All bunker operation and oil overflow & leakage stopped . The spill oil have been cleaned up
1626:All SOPEP equipment checked and restored , rescue boat secured
1628:C/E Commented on the drill.
1630:Drill completed and release alarm signal.
7.Emergency Steering Gear Drill
1630:Bridge sounded alarm and followed by mater’s announcement on the PA system.
1631: Hoisted two black balls, and broadcasted a navigational warning by VHF on CH16.
1632: All crews mustered at must station.2nd Officer and A.B. on bridge assisting Master.
1633: NUC signals hoisted & Engines placed on standby, ships in vicinity warned by VHF, Engine room informed.
1635: Squad members assembled in steering gear flat. Chief Officer checked Rudder angle indicator/ Gyro compass repeater / Battery telephone etc, and 2/E changed over from normal to emergency steering gear. Commenced steering from Steer Gear Room as ordered By Master from bridge. All AB and Deck Cadets attended Emergency steering by turns.
1640: C/E briefed “Change over procedure from normal to emergency steering” and “how to protect steering gear”.
1642: C/O briefed “Standard procedure after hearing Alarm”
1645:Master called-off Drill.
8.Rescue injured from Enclosed space
(密闭舱室演习还需提前做风险评估和工作许可)
Simulated “Rescue injured from Enclosed space”at stairway way of pipe tunnel after C/H NO.4Aft
SCENARIO 1:
1500: “Risk assessment” completed.
1502: C/O trained to deck crews entry enclosed space procedure. SCBA and spare bottles, Stretcher, Two electric torch, personalgas detector were ready for using entrance of Rescue injured from Enclosed space. Kept ventilating all time.
1505:“Enclosed space entry permit” completed.
1506: One crew entered stairway with walkie-talkie and personal gas detector.
SCENARIO 2:
1506:BSN reported that the crew was injured near the stairway due to fell from plat &Master informed C/O to rescue the crew according the emergency procedures.
1508: All crew gather at must station
1510: Two crews entered the pipe tunnelwith SCBA.
1520: The injured crew had been lifted out of pipe tunnel. The C/O checked and gave the first aid to the injured crew, C/O reported to the master the situation of the injured crew that not be seriously injured.
1522: Masterconsulted Ship Captain's Medical Guide, and gave the instructions to the C/O.
1525: DPA was informed. The injured crew was moved to Hospital and took care by the other crews.
1526: C/O briefed this drill
1528: Master announced dismissal by P/A system. The drill was over.
9.Emergency Towing Drill
1650: Master informed DPA that due to the suddenly breakdown of Engine which cannot be fixed in time by engineers on-board, Emergency Towing Assistance was needed.
1651: Emergency alarm sounded & emergency response procedures initiated. Master announced this emergency situation on ships P.A. System.
1652:All crews mustered at must station, Second Officer sound NUC signals hoisted , ship's in the vicinity were warned by VHF ch16 to keep well clear from our ship.
1653: Master scanned the emergency towing to DPA of company and the local agent.
1655: Other deck crew members assembled at forecastle deck, working procedures and personnel distributions well informed by C/O. All tools prepared for Towing as per the ship’s emergency towing plan.
1700: After calculation the condition of the vessel, the SWL of bollard and roller fair-lead etc, towing pattern calculations made, Master reported to DPA and got approval from the DPA.
1702 Two tugs came alongside the ship and crew members wornadequate PPE and adequate tools were readily available near towing line or bridle connection points. During towing operation, radio communication maintained on VHF ch16 & 17 while connecting the tow line and during towing, as per the C/O’s instructions, crews standing-by kept watch on the towing wire and the fixed bollard, greased up frequently on the wire ropes, constantly checked the wear-out condition in panama chock, Meanwhile, on bridge, rudder was operated as per Master’s order to improve the ship`s movement in following to the towing tugs.
1708: Simulating the ship was towed to the PORTXXX
1709: Master’s order, then C/O briefed “Standard Emergency Towing procedures after hearing the alarm”and summed up of this drill.
1710: Mastercalled-off this drill.
10.Electrical Power Failure Drill
1528: General alarm sounded by master and followed by announcement on the PA system
1530: All engineers proceed to E/R for inspecting the reason under the condition of emergency generator started automatically.
1531: ship shows NUC shapes at aft mast and change AIS status to same, at same time, broadcast to vessels in vicinity our ship’s status to draw their attention and keep well clear of us accordingly.
1532: The water depth checked and wind, tide and current monitored accordingly to intend to drop anchor if possible.
1534: After inspection, Chief Engineer informed that cause of failure had been found and rectified.
1535: Manually started generator and take on load, confirm all cooling water lines and fuel lines to generator are in order.
1536: Reset and restart all aux machinery, inform bridge that stable power available to put navigation systems & radio equipment
1540: Checked all running machinery in E/R, corrective actions taken to avoid same case happening again.
1542: Emergency generator stopped and put on standby mode.
1543: Points for personnel safety during power failure instructed to crew.
1545: Drill completed.
11.ECDIS Failure Drill
1606: Vessel sailing at the China coast, C/O & AB was keeping watch on bridge, Suddenly the ECDIS in use sounded alarm, display of ship’s position and GPS speed on ECDIS was lost. C/O called Master on bridge and changed to hand steering, meanwhile, informed E/R to stand by engine.
1607: Master rushed on bridge and took the command from C/O and informed all officers and other ABs on the bridge for further assistance. Broadcast in VHF request ships nearby to keep well clear from our vessel.
1608: C/O and anchor party standby arranged at forward station. Master followed the company ISM procedure, the available paper charts on board were used for plotting position.
1609: E/E called on bridge for electrical circuit inspection.
1610: 2/O checked both GPS, found GPS itself working in normal, E/E checked the related electrical circuits.
1611: Master checked the sea depth, but no possibility for dropping anchor in the vicinity. And then altered course to safe areas temporarily.
1613: Master reported to office with related risk assessment for further consultation/assistance.
1614: The Main engine was urgently stood by and ship speed slow down and started drifting.
1615: E/E found the connected cable of GPS on the main ECDIS was loose, tighten it and the alarm disappeared, main ECDIS working in normal.
1616: Both ECDIS restarted and found all in good working condition.
1619: Both ECDIS working in normal in monitoring. And all the related GPS and AIS, speed log etc. equipment was in good order at same time.
1620: Master Report to office that the ECDIS had been resumed in normal condition.
1622: Master gathered all crew and briefed the drill with all officers and emergency procedures to be taken when ECDIS failure.
12.GPS Failure Drill
1550: Vessel sailing at the SULU SEA, 2/O was on watch & AB was as lookout on bridge, Suddenly the GPS in use sound alarm, display of ship’s position was error & ECDIS not display GPS position , and one of GPS black out. 2/O called Master to come on bridge.
1551: Master on bridge, and take ship control from the 2/O, Change the BWL-II .Then inform E/R to stand by engine, and order hand steering.
1552: Inform 3/O and other AB on the bridge assist for lookout Broadcast in VHF request ships nearby to keep well clear from our vessel.
1553: Inform C/O and anchor party standby at forward. Master following the company ISM procedure. Used the paper chart for emergency.
1554: E/E on bridge for electrical circuit inspection.
1555: 2/O checked both GPS, found GPS itself no working, E/E check the electrical circuit.
1556: Master slow down the ship’s speed and checked the sea depth, but no possibility for dropping anchor in the vicinity. And then altered course to safe areas temporarily.
1558: E/E found the connected cable of GPS on the antenna was loose, tighten it and the alarm disappeared.
1600: 2/O restart the both GPS .
1603: After restart the GPS have a good signal, 2/O check the ECDIS condition. ECDIS &GPS working in normal.
1605: E/E Re-checked all connection cable of both GPS & antenna, all in good working condition.
