Tank tightness tests must comply with classification society rules to ensure no leakage.
续航力需以燃油舱容量为基准验证，在服务航速 20 节、主机 90% MCR 工况下，实际续航应不低于 14000 海里（含 1 天余量），试航时需记录燃油消耗曲线作为佐证。 Cruising range shall be verified based on fuel tank capacity. At service speed 20 knots and 90% MCR, actual range shall not be less than 14,000 nautical miles (including 1-day margin). Fuel consumption curves during sea trials shall be recorded as evidence.
二、航速与动力系统报验
航速报验需满足：吃水 9.85m、零纵倾、蒲福风级≤2 级等条件下，服务航速达标 20 节；试航在对应船模试验的压载吃水状态下进行，若压载功率与船模结果有差异，满载功率按公式推算，结果需经 DGPS 两次往返测量平均确认。 Speed inspection shall meet: service speed reaches 20 knots under draught 9.85m, zero trim, Beaufort scale ≤2, etc. Trials are conducted at ballast draught matching tank tests. If ballast power differs from tank results, loaded power is calculated per formula, with results confirmed by average of two round-trip DGPS measurements.
主机输出功率需用扭震仪实测记录，燃油消耗通过流量计同步监测，压力、温度等参数需全程记录；螺旋桨需验证能使主机达到 100% 负荷及船级社规定的超负荷能力。 Main engine output power shall be measured and recorded with a torsiometer; fuel consumption is monitored synchronously via flow meter, with pressure, temperature and other parameters recorded throughout. The propeller must be verified to enable the main engine to reach 100% load and classification society-specified overload capacity.
三、规则合规与证书报验
船舶需逐项验证符合德国劳氏船级社规范、SOLAS 1974 公约、MARPOL 附则、ISPS 规则等 18 项国际规则及修正案（以合同签署日有效版本为准），重点核查危险品运输（SOLAS II-2, Reg 19）及船员舱室（ILO 92/133）的合规性。 The ship shall be verified to comply with 18 international rules and amendments (valid as of contract signing date), including Germanischer Lloyd rules, SOLAS 1974, MARPOL annexes, ISPS Code, etc. Focus on compliance with dangerous goods transport (SOLAS II-2, Reg 19) and crew accommodation (ILO 92/133).
交付时需提供完整证书组合，包括船体与设备船级证书、国际载重线证书、IOPP 证书等 22 项，其中油水分离器、生活污水处理装置证书需含 USCG 批准号，苏伊士 / 巴拿马运河吨位证书需符合航道规则。 A complete set of 22 certificates shall be provided at delivery, including hull & equipment class certificates, International Load Line Certificate, IOPP Certificate, etc. Certificates for oil-water separators and sewage treatment units must include USCG approval numbers; Suez/Panama Canal tonnage certificates must comply with waterway regulations.
四、噪音、振动与结构报验
居住及工作区域的振动需符合 ISO 6954-2000（低于上限曲线），噪音需符合 IMO A468 (XII) 标准；测试在海况≤3 级、水深＞8 倍吃水、主机 90% MCR 工况下进行，超标项需经船东与船厂协商整改。 Vibration in accommodation and working areas shall comply with ISO 6954-2000 (below upper curve); noise shall meet IMO A468(XII) standards. Tests are conducted at sea state ≤3, water depth ＞8×draught, and 90% MCR. Exceeding items shall be rectified by mutual agreement between Owner and Builder.
主船体结构钢材需持船级社材质证书，其他材料与设备需符合 CSQS、ISO 及船厂标准；禁止使用石棉材料，焊接工艺需经无损检测（UT/MT）验证，结构强度（如中舱剖面模数）需超出船级社最小值 5%。 Main hull structural steel shall hold classification society material certificates; other materials and equipment shall comply with CSQS, ISO and shipyard standards. Asbestos-containing materials are prohibited. Welding processes shall be verified by NDT (UT/MT); structural strength (e.g., mid-hold section modulus) shall exceed classification society minimum by 5%.
五、文件与属具报验
完工文件需提交 3 套船厂标准交付文档及 3 套厂商标准手册，船上需固定装裱 1 套英文不退色图纸（总布置图、防火控制图等），电子版图纸需存储于 CD-ROM。 3 sets of shipyard-standard delivery documents and 3 sets of manufacturer-standard manuals shall be submitted as finished documentation. One set of non-fading English drawings (general arrangement, fire control plan, etc.) shall be framed and fixed on board, with electronic drawings stored on CD-ROM.
船东供品（如药品、海图、垃圾压缩机等 32 项）需按指定时间送达船厂，船厂负责验收存储及免费安装，最终调试由厂商完成（费用船东承担）；供品需预先通过船级社认可或认证，相关费用由船东承担。 Owner-furnished items (32 categories including medicines, charts, garbage presses, etc.) shall be delivered to the shipyard at the designated time. The shipyard is responsible for acceptance, storage and free installation; final commissioning is done by manufacturers (cost borne by Owner). Supplies shall be pre-approved or certified by the classification society, with related fees borne by the Owner.
