第 1 章 舱室（ACCOMMODATION）

1.0 总则（General）

舱室、值班区域、公共活动场所、私人房间、卫生间等布置在 9 层上层建筑区域，每个舱室的净高度为 2100mm。舱室布置详见总布置图。
Accommodation, duty, public, domestic, sanitary, etc., spaces are located on nine accommodation decks. Clear height to be 2100mm. Compartment layout as shown in General Arrangement Plan.

1.0.1 船舶各区域（Ship's spaces）

1.0.1.1 值班区域（Duty spaces）

带有海图室和报务室的驾驶室、机舱控制室、机舱办公室、货物办公室和会议室、理货办公室、服务办公室。
Wheelhouse with Chart room & Radio space, Engine Control Room, Engine Office, Cargo Office & Conference Room, Tally Office, Service Office.

1.0.1.3 船员公共区域（Public Spaces for Crew）

船员餐厅 / 休息室、娱乐室、官员餐厅 / 休息室、值班餐厅。
Crew's mess/day room, Hobby room, Officer's mess/day room, Duty Messroom.

1.0.1.4 日用和储藏区域（Domestic Spaces and Stores）

冷库和供应品储藏室、厨房、配餐间、洗衣间、官员洗衣间、干衣间、污衣间、被服间、行李间、封关库、两个独立的救生用品储藏室。
Reefer chambers and provision rooms, Galley, Pantry, Laundry, Officer's laundry, Drying room, Dirty linen store, Clean linen store, Luggage store, Bonded store, Two independent safety store.

1.0.1.5 医院区域（Hospital Spaces）

诊疗所、带卫生单元（含浴缸）的医务室。
Dispensary, Hospital with sanitary block (with bath tub).

1.0.1.6 卫生设备区域

• 带浴缸的卫生单元（医院）：1 个
• 淋浴卫生单元：26 个
• 淋浴卫生单元（服务间）：1 个
• 公共厕所：3 个
• 甲板公共厕所：1 个
• 更衣室：1 个
• 甲板部船员更衣室：1 个

1.1 舱室绝缘（INSULATION OF COMPARTMENTS）

露天甲板以下的围壁和天花应敷设 50mm 厚的矿棉作隔热（扶强材用 30mm 厚矿棉），绝缘材料用碰钉固定在围壁和甲板上。
Outside walls and ceilings under weather decks are heat insulated with 50 mm thick mineral wool (on stiffeners 30 mm). Insulation is secured with pins to steel walls and deck.

所有 A 型舱壁的防火绝缘采用矿棉，厚度按规范要求，用碰钉固定。
Fire insulation is provided on all A-type bulkheads and made of mineral wool of thickness as required by the Rules. Secured with pins.

结构防火按《国际海上人命安全公约》（SOLAS）规格的 IC 法执行。
Structural fire protection as per SOLAS IC method.

在舱室必要的部位敷设隔音绝缘材料，敷设在舱室天花板内（甲板下方）。
Acoustic insulation is fitted on accommodation ceilings (i.e. below deck) where necessary.

全船采用无石棉绝缘材料。
Asbestos free insulation to be used throughout the ship.

1.2 壁板和天花板（WALL AND CEILING LINING）

1.2.1 壁板（Wall lining）

驾驶室、主梯道、走道、房间、厕所、餐厅、厨房、配餐间、娱乐室、办公室的壁板采用 19mm 或 22mm 厚的无石棉板（22mm 厚用于分隔墙），表面贴装饰层压板。
Wheelhouse, main staircase, corridors, cabins, WCs, mess rooms, galley, pantry, recreation rooms, offices have walls lined with asbestos free 19 mm or 22 mm thick (for partition walls) panels with decorative laminate glued on top.

储藏室、CO₂室、洗衣间的隔热绝缘处用 0.75mm 的镀锌钢板，表面涂漆。
Insulated walls in stores, CO₂ room, laundry lined with 0.75 mm galvanized metal sheets and painted.

机修间和其它隔声绝缘的分隔处采用穿孔镀锌钢板。
Workshops and other sound insulated compartments have perforated galvanized sheeting.

1.2.2 天花板（Ceiling Lining）

天花板制作如下：
Ceiling lining is made as follows:

1. 办公室、各舱室、走道的天花板用 300mm 宽、0.5mm 厚的条状镀锌钢板制成，表面涂瓷漆，板的框架中嵌入适当容重的矿棉，以满足隔音、隔热、防火要求。
2. 300 mm wide steel strips made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5 mm thick, lacquered. Mineral wool of appropriate thickness and density inserted into ceiling strips gives the thermal and acoustic insulation and ensures fire protection. Lining applied in spaces: offices, accommodation, public spaces, corridors.
3. 厨房、配餐间、洗衣间、被服间、行李间、公共厕所、更衣间的天花板用 600×600mm 的镀锌钢板制成，厚度 0.55mm，表面涂瓷漆。
4. Ceiling panels 600 x 600 mm made of galvanized steel sheet 0.55 mm thick, lacquered. Lining applied in spaces: galley, pantry, laundry, linen store, luggage store, public WC, changing room.
5. 驾驶室、海图室、主梯道和机舱集控室的板均为无石棉材料。
6. Wheelhouse with chart room, main staircase and ECR is lined with asbestos free plates.

1.2.3 钢板分隔区域（Compartment lining with steel）

上述 1.2.1 和 1.2.2 未涵盖的围壁和天花绝缘部分，用钢衬档焊在结构上，表面敷设 0.7mm 厚的镀锌钢板，并用螺丝固定。
Insulated walls/ceilings in compartments not lined as per paragraphs 1.2.1. and 1.2.2. are lined with galvanized steel plate 0.7 mm thick, secured to welded steel structure by means of plate screws.

值班室和技工室的围壁及天花绝缘部分，不暴露在外且不易受机械损伤的矿棉表面，用胶水贴铝箔。
In duty and technical spaces on insulated walls/ceilings not exposed to mechanical damage, aluminium foil glued on mineral wool is used.

1.3 地板（FLOOR LINING）

所有舱室（包括航行舱室）的钢甲板上敷设约 10mm 厚的甲板敷料，表面贴 2mm 厚的 PVC 地板，缝口用焊条焊接。
In cabin area including navigation rooms abt 10 mm thick underlayer compound is applied on steel deck, covered with 2 mm PCV welded layer.

所有卫生间、洗衣间、厨房、配餐间、干衣间和冷藏室的地面，用水泥砂浆铺贴瓷砖。
All sanitary spaces, laundries, galley, pantry, drying room and reefer chambers have floors covered with ceramic tiles laid on cement ground.

需要防火绝缘的地方应按挂旗当局的要求施工。
Where fire insulation is required, flag authorities accepted construction will be provided.

带圆点的橡胶地板铺设在主梯道、驾驶室的报务角落和机舱集控室。
Noppengummi (chequed rubber): main staircase wheelhouse with radio comer and engine control room.

PVC 方块地板铺设在办公室和船员餐厅 / 休息室。
PVC title in office and crew mess and dayroom.

PVC 卷状地板铺设在船员舱室、医院和诊疗所。
Crew cabins and hospital and dispensary with PVC welded layer.

地毯铺设在官员房间（船长室、轮机长室、大副、大管轮）和客房。
Carpets: capt./officers cabin (Capt, C/E, 1/O, 2/E) and passenger cabins.

1.4 门和窗（DOORS AND WINDOWS）

1.4.1 门（Doors）

内门用烘漆的框架制成，门板为无石棉材料，表面贴装饰层压板。
Inner doors with stove enamelled frames; doors made of non-asbestos plates lined with decorative laminate

每扇门都应有防火等级。门锁为固定圆锁，且能通过固定门柄从舱室内打开。门的附件为铜镀铬制品、不锈钢铰链。
Fire class as per Rules. Door lock with fixed cylinder, with possibility of opening from inside the cabin by means of a fixed knob. Door fittings made of chrome plated brass, stainless steel hinge bolts.

应提供门钩或定门器。通风百叶窗由防海水腐蚀的铝合金或同等材料制成。
Door hooks or clamps provided. Ventilation louver (where provided) made of seawater resistance aluminium or equivalent material.

除厕所门外，其它所有内门都应装锁。万能钥匙系统含 3 组钥匙，包括 6 把万能钥匙和必要的钥匙柜。通向机舱的门装有自闭器。
Locks provided for all inner doors except for WC doors. Master key system with 3 sets of keys including 6 pcs of master keys and necessary key lockers. Doors leading to E. Room fitted with self closing device.

所有通向居住区域的外门应为钢质，至 1 号甲板；更高甲板的门需符合《国际船舶和港口设施保安规则》（ISPS code）。每扇门带 400×600mm 的窗户、箱形锁，且能从内部锁闭。
Outer doors leading to accommodations made of steel, up to deck N°I; on higher decks (ISPS code). Each door with 400 x 600 mm window, box lock and possibility to secure door from the inside.

驾驶室外面的门为铰链式。
Wheelhouse outside doors to be of hinged type.

外门的铰链应由抗腐蚀材料制成。
Outside door hinge bolts made of corrosion resistant material.

通向甲板室的门应满足《国际船舶和港口设施保安规则》（ISPS rules）要求。
Entrance doors to deckhouse will be protected as required by ISPS rules.

1.4.2 窗（Windows）

所有窗为金属框架，焊接在围壁上。窗户框架为钢质，内框架为铜质。所有窗户都应有遮光帘。
All windows with metal frames, welded into walls. Window frame made of steel, inner frame of brass. All windows have night shield for darkening.

若一个舱室内安装多扇窗，其中一扇应为开窗。官员和船员餐厅及厨房内须有 2 扇开窗。
If several windows fitted in one cabin, then one of them will be of opened type. In officers and crew messrooms and galley two windows of opened type are provided.

驾驶室的前窗（10 扇）为电加热型，其中 8 扇装备雨刮器。配备带压力喷射装置的冲洗用热水系统、滤光屏及自闭装置。雨刮器臂为导电弓系统。所有驾驶室窗为倾斜式。
Wheelhouse front windows (10 pcs) will be of electric heated type, 8 of them will be equipped with window wipers. Washing warm water system with air pressure blow out and sun blinds guided and self stopping device. Wipe arms of pantographic system, All wheel house window to be inclined type.

舱室和餐厅的窗户尺寸为 400×560mm，开窗向侧面开启。
Cabin and messrooms windows are 400 x 560 mm; opened windows open sideways.

前面居住舱室的窗户要有遮光帘（窗帘）。
Front accommodation windows have night shields (curtains), for darkening.

驾驶室前窗的冲洗设备应配备鼓风管。
Washing device for wheelhouse front windows with air blow pipe will be provided.

窗户应满足《国际船舶和港口设施保安规则》（ISPS rules）要求，所有玻璃应为密性玻璃，厚度符合德国劳氏船级社（GL）规范（ISPS code）。
Windows will be protected as required by ISPS rules, all glass sheets of approved security glass, thickness acc to GL rules (ISPS code).

1.5 舱室设备（ACCOMMODATION EQUIPMENT）

1.5.0 总则（General）

根据使用需求和应用标准，房间内应配备一系列家具，供坐、躺、工作和储藏。家具须符合经船东认可的标准家具目录。
Depending on the service and applied standard compartments are provided with set of furniture for sitting, lying, work and storage. Furniture according to catalogues of standard furniture approved by owner.

基本材料如下：
Basic materials are:

1. 木工板和刨花板制作结构板、围板和顶板。
2. Carpenter's board and chipboard for constructions, enclosures and tops.
3. 结构为钢质框架。
4. Steel profiles for construction.
5. 钢板或无石棉板作壁板和门。
6. Steel plates or non-asbestos plates for walls and doors.
7. 顶部要有装饰层压板。
8. Decorative laminates for top finish.
9. 木工板或刨花板表面要有饰面板。
10. Veneer for carpenter's/chipboard finish.
11. 除船长级房间、官员休息室和官员餐厅的家具用羊毛面料外，椅子 / 扶手椅 / 沙发的靠背和座位用 100% 树脂装饰板。
12. 100% Acrylic upholstery for chair/armchair/settee back-rests and seats, except for Master class rooms, Officers' Day Room and Officers' Mess Room, where wool will be used.
13. 值班室和医务室的休息用椅子 / 扶手椅靠背要有装饰板。
14. Seat upholstery for chair/armchair back-rests for duty and hospital spaces.
15. 家具完成后贴 PVC 装饰箔并涂漆。
16. PVC decorative foil and painting coats for plate/profile finish.
17. 厨房和配餐间的家具为不锈钢材质。
18. Stainless steel for galley and pantry furniture.
19. 日用家具和储物柜材料为钢板并涂漆。
20. Painted steel plate and profiles for domestic furniture and stores.

1.5.1 家具（Furniture）

值班室、餐厅、驾驶室和机舱集控室内都设有中央时钟系统。

1.6 粮库（PROVISION CHAMBERS）

冷藏室和冷冻室安装不锈钢架子；干粮库采用木搁架。
Freezing and refrigerated chambers are fitted with stainless steel racks. In dry provision chamber wooden racks provided.

粮库的壁板和天花板为夹层结构，由无氟聚氨脂泡沫芯材和双面钢板包裹而成。可见的壁板和天花板绝缘层用 1.5mm 和 1.0mm 厚的铝合金板覆盖；不可见部分用 0.6mm 厚的镀锌钢板。
Walls and ceilings panels are of sandwich design, built up by a core of CFC-free polyurethane foam with a cladding of steel sheet on both sides. Visible wall and ceiling insulation is lined with aluminium alloy sheets of 1.5 and 1.0 mm thickness respectively. Invisible wall and ceiling insulation is lined with galvanised steel sheets 0.6 mm thickness.

粮库的地面用水泥砂浆贴防滑瓷砖；干粮库甲板面刷油漆。
Floor in provision chambers is covered with ceramic, non-slip tiles. Dry provision chamber deck top and above - painted.
