新造船上建生活区内装安装关键点总结

***  执行原则  Execution Principles*** 

1. 按图施工Work According to Drawings: 所有安装必须严格按照批准的设计图纸和技术规格书进行。 

All installation work shall be strictly executed in accordance with the approved drawings and technical specifications. 

2. 工序报验Stage Inspection: 关键工序完成后需及时报验相关方（船东、船检），合格后方可进行后续工作。报验节点在各项要求中明确标注。 

Critical work stages must be promptly submitted for inspection by relevant parties (Shipowner / Classification Society) upon completion. Subsequent work shall only proceed after obtaining approval. Inspection hold points are explicitly defined within the individual requirements. 

3. 材质控制Material Control: 严格使用图纸规定的材料（如不锈钢管）。 

Materials specified on the drawings (e.g., stainless steel pipe) shall be strictly used.

4. 工艺质量Workmanship Quality: 焊接、打磨、涂装、密封、固定等工艺必须符合标准，确保强度、密封性、美观度和安全性。 

Workmanship processes such as welding, grinding, painting, sealing, and securing/fastening must comply with standards, ensuring structural integrity, water/air tightness, aesthetics, and safety. 

5. 可维护性Maintainability: 设备、管系、电缆的安装位置和方式应考虑后期检修的便利性（如检修孔、间距、接线盒朝向）。 

The location and method of installing equipment, piping systems, and cables must consider ease of future maintenance (e.g., provision of access hatches, adequate spacing/clearance, orientation of terminal/junction boxes). 

6. 清洁与保护 Cleanliness & Protection: 施工过程及完工后需保持工作区域清洁，特别是泄放管路、拦水扁铁过焊孔等关键部位，防止堵塞。安装完成的设备、管系需做好保护。 

Work areas must be kept clean during construction and upon completion, particularly at critical locations like drain lines and drain chock weep holes, to prevent blockage. Installed equipment and piping systems must be adequately protected.

一、空调与通风系统   HVAC System 

1. 布风器安装：按图均匀布置于房间中央。支架必须加固。布风器与空调风管连接必须可靠：先用管箍紧固，再用封口胶带严密缠绕。            Air Diffuser Installation: Install evenly at the center of the room as per drawings. Supports must be reinforced. Connection between diffuser and A/C duct must be secure: fix tightly with hose clamps first, then seal thoroughly with sealing tape.                关键报验点：绝缘报验前。 轮机船东需按风管布置图现场检验合格后，方可进行绝缘和封板。 

重点提示：严防漏装回风口（如海图桌、病房、走道等位置）。 

2. 风管支架：焊接、打磨到位，并做好油漆。                                                                 Duct Supports:Welding must be complete, ground smooth, and painted.                                              关键报验点：与风管安装和上建泄放管畅通一起报验。 

3. 风管连接：连接处封口胶布粘贴严密，确保不漏风。安装完成后需进行吹通检查。

Duct Connections: Sealing tape at joints must be applied tightly to prevent air leakage. Ducts must be blown through for clearance check after installation.                                               

4. 关键报验点：与风管安装和上建泄放管畅通一起报验。 

4. 门通风格栅：安装完成后需进行检查。                                                                  Door Ventilation Grilles: Must be inspected after installation   

关键报验点：完工检查。 

5. 房间风量测量：各房间的送风和抽风风量必须进行测量检查，确保符合设计要求。  Room Airflow Measurement:Supply and exhaust air volume for each cabin must be measured and checked to ensure compliance with design requirements.   

关键报验点：系统调试阶段（一般安排在试航前进行）。 

6. 回风口与隔热：各层舱室回风口安装检查。风管总管（主管）包覆的隔热棉需进行检查。

Return Air Grilles & Insulation: Installation of return air grilles in all decks' cabins must be checked. Insulation on main duct runs must be inspected.     

关键报验点：与风管泄放管一起报验。                                                                                        

二、管路系统 Piping System 

7. 冷热水管安装：房间和驾驶台内禁止安装法兰。所有阀件不得安装在房间内。热水管（含法兰）必须包覆隔热棉和铝箔布。冷水管及法兰需包帆布或玻璃丝布以防结露凝水，完工后检查。冷热水管在卫生单元壁上固定牢靠。 

材质：必须使用不锈钢管或者根据退审图纸要求。 

Hot/Cold Water Pipe Installation: Flanges are strictly prohibited inside cabins and the wheelhouse. No valves inside cabins. Hot water pipes (including flanges) must be insulated with insulation wool and covered with aluminum foil cloth. Cold water pipes and flanges must be covered with canvas or fiberglass cloth to prevent condensation; inspect after completion. Pipes must be securely fixed to the sanitary unit wall.   

Material: Stainless steel pipes must be used or according to the approved drawings. 

关键报验点：材质、无法兰、阀件位置、保温防凝露，完工检查。                                                    

8. 泄放管布置：上建所有外壁板处必须安装拦水扁铁及泄放管。 生活污水管尽可能倾斜布置，并尽可能在生活污水总管生活区每层甲板左右舷端部设置检修盲板。

Drain Pipe Arrangement: Drain chock (flat bar) and drain pipes must be installed at all superstructure external wall panels. Sewage piping shall be installed with a gradient wherever practicable. Blind flanges for maintenance access shall be provided at both  port and starboard ends of the main sewage collecting line on each accommodation deck, wherever possible. 

关键报验点：上建生活区封板前检查。 

9. 消防管隔热：从上建生活区消防控制站到货舱的消防管系需包覆A60级隔热棉。 

Fire Pipe Insulation: Fire piping from the Accommodation Fire Control Station to cargo holds must be insulated with A60 grade insulation. 关键报验点：按绝缘要求报验。          

10. 杂用空气和淡水：生活区每层甲板左右舷设置生活杂用压缩空气和淡水管接头。              

Additionally, service stations for general service compressed air and fresh water shall be installed on both port and starboard sides of each accommodation deck.

三、结构、天花板与绝缘Structure, Ceiling & Insulation 

11. 天花板骨架：固定骨架焊接必须牢固，所有焊接处需打磨平整并完成涂装。                                            Ceiling Frame: Fixed frames must be welded securely. All welds must be ground smooth and painted.    

12. 天花板支架角钢：需按图纸要求均匀对称焊接，间距合适。                                                      Ceiling Support Angles: Must be welded as per drawings, evenly and symmetrically spaced.

关键报验点：与绝缘报验时一起报验。                                                                    13. 房间净空：检查房间净空高度是否符合规格书要求。

Room Clear Height: Check that the clear height of rooms meets the specification requirements.                               关键报验点：上建生活区封板前检查。 

14. 门框安装：门框安装于壁板正中，门与门框的安装间隙需符合图纸要求。                                             Door Frame Installation: Door frames must be installed centered on the bulkhead. The clearance between the door and the frame must comply with drawing requirements.

关键报验点：完工检查。 

15. 地板敷料：地板敷料施工后，其厚度需测量并满足图纸要求。                                                    Floor Topping: After application, the thickness of the floor topping must be measured and satisfy drawing requirements.

关键报验点：完工报验测量。                                                                      

16.岩棉板密封：上建岩棉板边缘需打铆钉固定，并用硅胶密封板间间隙。 

Rock Wool Panel Sealing: Edges of rock wool panels in superstructure must be fixed with rivets, and gaps between panels must be sealed with silicone. 

关键报验点：封板前检查。 

四、泄放与防水系统 Drainage & Water Tightness 

17. 窗户泄放管：上建所有窗户必须安装泄放管，并延伸至拦水扁铁内。提交完工检查。

Window Drain Pipes: All superstructure windows must be equipped with drain pipes extending into the drain chock (flat bar).  Submit for final inspection.

关键报验点：封板前必须完成安装并检查。                            

18. 拦水扁铁与泄放管：各层拦水扁铁清洁和泄放管畅通报验必须在封板前当天或前一天完成。拦水扁铁必须连续焊接，过焊孔确保无垃圾堵塞。进行灌水试验确认畅通。汗水泄放管布置在船艉部靠左右舷的最低位置。 

Drain Chock (Flat Bar) & Drain Pipes: Inspection for cleanliness of drain chocks and clearance of drain pipes on all decks must be carried out on the day of, or the day before, closing the panels. Drain chocks must be continuously welded. Ensure weep holes are free of debris blockage. Perform water pouring test to confirm the leakage. Sweat drain pipes must be arranged at the lowest points port and starboard near the stern. 

关键报验点：封板前最后检查。必须包含清洁检查、灌水试验、连续焊、过焊孔畅通、位置正确。             

五、卫生单元专项 Sanitary Unit 

19. 安装与强度：卫生单元地脚角钢规格需加大，确保足够强度。在封板前完成打磨涂装。在卫生单元上方适当增加固定支架。各卫生单元之间必须留有间距，提供足够检修空间。卫生单元顶部垃圾在封板前必须清理干净。单元周围的电缆接线盒、管系和法兰在封板前需检查确认。卫生单元抽风管接头需用管箍固定并密封好。卫生单元电缆在封板前需布置/固定完毕并检查。整体需保证上建区域噪音测试合格。 

Installation & Strength: Footing angles for sanitary units must be increased in size to ensure adequate strength. Grinding and painting must be completed before panel closing. Install additional fixing brackets above the sanitary unit as appropriate. Adequate spacing must be maintained between sanitary units to allow sufficient access for maintenance. Debris on top of sanitary units must be cleaned before panel closing. Cable junction boxes, piping, and flanges around the unit must be checked before panel closing. Exhaust pipe connections for sanitary units must be secured with hose clamps and sealed properly. Cabling for sanitary units must be routed/fixed and inspected before panel closing. Overall noise test for the superstructure must be passed. 

关键报验点：封板前必须完成所有相关项目检查（地脚、支架、间距、清洁、管接头、电缆）、强度、间距、清洁、噪音。 

20. 减震与固定：卫生单元检修门边沿需增加减震胶垫。卫生单元洗脸盆下水管需用橡胶圈固定。

关键报验点：完工检查。

六、电气安装 Electrical Installation 

21. 风机接线盒与检修孔：风机接线盒必须朝向下方安装。天花板顶部需开设尺寸合适的检修孔，便于检修。

Fan Terminal Box & Access Hole: Terminal boxes for fans must be installed facing downwards. Adequately sized access holes must be provided in the ceiling for maintenance.

关键报验点：接线盒方向、检修孔尺寸与位置。                                                               

22. 电器开孔密封：所有开关、插座等电器设备开孔处，需用硅胶处理密封，防止检修时岩棉散落。

Sealing of Electrical Openings: All openings for switches, sockets, and other electrical equipment must be sealed with silicone to prevent rock wool from falling out during maintenance.                   

关键报验点：设备安装后，封板前检查。 

23. 床头灯位置：所有床头灯必须安装在床头的侧面。                                                             Bedside Lamp Location: All bedside lamps must be installed on the side of the bed head.关键报验点：安装定位检查。 

24.冰箱插座位置：冰箱插座必须安装在冰箱上方，便于拔插。

Refrigerator Socket Location: Refrigerator sockets must be installed above the refrigerator for easy plugging/unplugging.
