Speed trials shall be conducted at ballast draught, which must be consistent with tank test conditions. If the measured ballast trial power differs from tank test results, the loaded power at the given speed shall be calculated as: Loaded tank test result × (measured ballast power ÷ ballast tank test power).
试航时实际气象条件、水深或船舶吃水若与规定条件(吃水 9.85m、零纵倾、蒲福风级≤2 级等)不符,测量结果需由建造方按其惯例进行修正。
If actual weather conditions, water depth, or ship draught during trials differ from specified conditions (e.g., draught 9.85m, zero trim, Beaufort scale ≤2), measured results shall be corrected per Builder’s practice.
航速需通过差分 GPS(DGPS)测量两个往返航程的平均值确定;试航期间需用扭矩仪记录主机实际输出功率,同时通过流量计记录燃油消耗,并同步记录主机压力、温度等所有性能参数。
Speed shall be confirmed by the average of 2 trial runs measured via differential GPS. During trials, the main engine’s actual output shall be recorded with a torsiometer, fuel consumption via a flow meter, and all performance parameters (e.g., pressure, temperature) shall be documented.
螺旋桨需确保主机在航行时可达到 100% 额定负荷,并满足船级社规定的超负荷要求。
The propeller shall enable the main engine to operate at 100% load during service and meet classification society requirements for overload.
居住舱室及工作区域的振动值需符合 ISO 6954-2000(E)标准,且不超过该标准上限;噪音值需符合 IMO 决议 A.468(XII)的规定。
Vibration levels in accommodation and working spaces shall comply with ISO 6954-2000 (E) and not exceed the upper limit; noise levels shall meet IMO Resolution A.468 (XII).

试航需涵盖船模试验中规定的阻力试验、尾流测量、螺旋桨敞水试验、空泡试验及自航试验等项目,且试验结果需作为航速达标判定的依据。
Trials shall include resistance tests, wake measurements, propeller open water tests, cavitation tests, and self-propulsion tests as specified in tank tests; results shall be used to verify speed compliance.
所有试验需经船东、设备厂商同意,并满足船级社规范及建造方标准;试验计划需提前提交船东及相关机构审批(国内试验提前 4 天,国外试验提前 7 天,船厂内常规检验提前 24 小时通知监造方)。
All tests shall be approved by the Owner and manufacturers, complying with classification society rules and Builder’s standards. Detailed trial schedules shall be submitted to the Owner and regulatory bodies for approval in advance (4 days for domestic tests, 7 days for overseas tests, 24 hours for on-site surveys at the shipyard).
试航结果需满足船舶交付时所需证书的要求(如船级证书、货船设备安全证书等),试验过程中消耗的燃油、滑油等由建造方承担,其余由船东承担。
Trial results must meet requirements for certificates to be delivered (e.g., class certificates, cargo ship equipment safety certificates). Fuel, lubricants, etc., consumed during trials shall be borne by the Builder; others shall be borne by the Owner.
试航期间使用的设备(如导航仪器、测量工具)需持有有效证书,且符合 SOLAS、USCG 等规范要求。
Equipment used during trials (e.g., navigation instruments, measuring tools) must hold valid certificates and comply with SOLAS, USCG, and other regulations.
试航完成后,建造方需提交完整的试验报告,作为船舶符合合同要求的证明文件之一。
Upon completion of trials, the Builder shall submit a full trial report as evidence of the ship’s compliance with contract requirements.
