为保障您在广源码头上下岸期间的安全与便利，现将相关途径、要求及码头周边服务信息详细告知如下，请您仔细阅读并遵守。
1.Route and requirements from the ship to the entrance of the port area
从船舶到码头港区门口途径与要求
(1) Boarding and disembarking stage
上下船阶段
Boarding and disembarking procedures: Before boarding and disembarking, crew members must first go through various customs and border inspection procedures, and obtain relevant certificates and licenses such as boarding certificates.
上下船手续：船员上下船前先通过海关、边检各项手续，办理登轮证等相关证照。
Safety facility requirements: The escalator for boarding and disembarking must be equipped with safety nets in accordance with regulations. Personnel are prohibited from boarding and disembarking without safety nets. During the period when there are no personnel boarding or disembarking, the escalator must be retracted. If you have a need to board or disembark, please contact the on-site dispatch in advance. After the dispatch assists in laying the escalator, you can board or disembark.
安全设施要求：上下船扶梯必须按规范绑设安全网，未铺设安全网禁止人员上下船。无人员上下船时段，扶梯必须收起。若您有上下船需求，请提前联系现场调度，由调度协助铺设好扶梯后，方可上下船。
Personal protection requirements: Safety helmets must be worn when boarding and disembarking, and if necessary, life jackets must be worn in a standardized manner to ensure personal safety.
个人防护要求：上下船时必须佩戴好安全帽、必要时规范穿戴好救生衣，确保自身安全。
(2) Requirements for passage within the dock
码头内通行要求
Travel route requirements: During ship operations, if crew members need to disembark and walk within the dock, they must strictly follow the designated route. When entering or exiting the dock, please wait at the designated location for the staff to arrange shuttle buses for pick-up and drop off. Do not wander around the work site at will.
行走路线要求：船舶作业期间，船员如需下船在码头内行走，请严格按照指定路线通行。在码头进出时，请在指定地点等待工作人员安排接驳车接送，不得随意在作业现场穿行。
Code of Conduct Requirements: When entering the dock and warehouse area, it is strictly prohibited to carry any sparks or mobile phones that have not undergone explosion-proof treatment. Wear anti-static clothing as required.
行为规范要求：进入码头及库区范围时，严禁携带火种以及未经过防爆处理的手机，按要求穿好防静电服。
(3) Handling of entry and exit procedures
进出港手续办理
① Crew members entering and leaving the port must go through customs, border inspection, maritime and other declaration procedures, and contact the duty dispatcher in advance for reporting.
② Crew members entering and exiting should undergo security checks, present relevant documents, and complete registration and confirmation.
①船员进出港需通过海关、边检、海事等申报手续，并提前联系值班调度进行报备。
②船员进出应进行安检，出示相关证件，做好登记确认。
2. The dock and its surrounding transportation modes
码头及其周边交通方式
(1) Bus: The company goes straight for 300 meters and then turns right for 50 meters to reach the bus stop. You can follow the bus stop sign to go to the corresponding location on your own.
(2) Online ride hailing: You can make an appointment to take an online ride hailing service. Please choose a legitimate operating vehicle to ensure safe travel.
(1)公交车：公司直行300米后右转50米到达公交车站，可根据公交车站牌自行前往相应的地点。
(2)网约车：您可预约乘坐网约车，请选择正规运营车辆，确保出行安全。
3. Convenient service information
便民服务信息
(1) Life services: There are convenience stores outside our warehouse area.
(2) Medical services: If you have medical needs, you can contact our staff to take you to the nearest hospital in the port area.

(2)医疗服务：若您有医疗需求，若有医疗需求，可联系我方工作人员将您送至港区内最近医院。
