2.主甲板靠近右舷侧的一处纵骨与强横梁连接角隅出现疲劳裂纹,长度约 30mm。
A fatigue crack of approximately 30mm in length is found at the corner where a longitudinal frame connects to a strong beam on the main deck near the starboard side.

 

3.艏尖舱内壁有一块约 200mm×150mm 的钢板凹陷,疑似撞击导致。
A 200mm×150mm steel plate depression is present on the inner wall of the forepeak tank, suspected to be caused by impact.

 

4.双层底舱内一道对接焊缝存在未焊透现象,长度约 50mm,位于焊缝中间位置。
An incomplete penetration defect, approximately 50mm in length, is found in the middle of a butt weld in the double bottom tank.

 

5.侧外板的角焊缝出现咬边缺陷,最深达 1.2mm,连续长度约 80mm,不符合 AWS D1.1 标准。
Undercut defects with a maximum depth of 1.2mm and a continuous length of 80mm are found in the fillet weld of the side shell plate, failing to meet AWS D1.1 standards.

 

6.甲板纵骨与肋板的焊接接头处存在气孔密集区,单个气孔直径最大 3mm,分布范围约 100mm。
A dense cluster of pores is present at the weld joint between the deck longitudinal and the floor plate, with the largest pore diameter being 3mm and the distribution range approximately 100mm.

 

7.货舱内表面的环氧涂层出现大面积鼓泡,单个鼓泡直径最大 50mm,主要集中在舱壁底部 1m 范围内。
Large-scale blistering of the epoxy coating is found on the inner surface of the cargo hold, with the largest blister diameter reaching 50mm, mainly concentrated within 1m of the bulkhead bottom.

 

8.船体外板的防污漆存在局部剥落,剥落面积约 0.5㎡,露出底漆,已出现轻微锈蚀。
Local peeling of the antifouling paint on the hull outer plate is observed, with a peeling area of approximately 0.5㎡, exposing the primer and showing slight rust.

 

9.上层建筑外壁的聚氨酯面漆存在流挂缺陷,最长流挂长度约 150mm,影响外观质量。
Sagging defects are found in the polyurethane topcoat on the outer wall of the superstructure, with the longest sag length being 150mm, affecting the appearance quality.

 

10.主机基座与船体结构的连接螺栓存在松动,抽检 10 颗螺栓中有 3 颗扭矩值低于设计要求的 80%。
Loosening is found in the connecting bolts between the main engine base and the hull structure; 3 out of 10 sampled bolts have torque values lower than 80% of the design requirement.

 

11.舵机液压管路的法兰连接存在渗漏,在 1.5 倍工作压力测试下,接缝处出现连续油滴。
Leakage is found at the flange connection of the steering gear hydraulic pipeline; continuous oil drops appear at the joint under a 1.5 times working pressure test.

 

12.甲板起重机的旋转限位装置安装位置偏差,导致实际旋转角度超出设计范围 5°,存在碰撞风险。
The installation position of the slewing limit device of the deck crane is deviated, resulting in the actual slewing angle exceeding the design range by 5°, posing a collision risk.

 

13.压载舱舱口盖的密封胶条老化,在冲水试验中发现沿舱口边缘有连续渗水现象。
The sealing rubber strip of the ballast tank hatch cover is aged, and continuous water seepage along the hatch edge is found during the water flushing test.

 

14.舷侧接管与船体的焊接接缝在气密性试验中不合格,使用肥皂水检测时出现气泡。
The weld joint between the side nozzle and the hull fails the air tightness test, with bubbles appearing when detected with soapy water.

 

15.双层底分隔舱的人孔盖密封不良,在水压试验(0.2MPa)下,舱壁内侧有湿润痕迹。
The manhole cover of the double bottom compartment has poor sealing; wet marks are found on the inner side of the bulkhead during the hydrostatic test (0.2MPa).
