船舶车钟记录薄注意事项及符号说明 Notice and Symbol Description
一、每次动用主机时，必须将主机的每一动作，用符号正确地记录。
1. During main engine works, each teletraph order and engine operation should be correctly recorded with telegraphsymbols.
二、每一主机的动作必须记录其正确的时间。
2. The exact time for each operation of the main engine should be recoeded.
三、驾驶台与机仓各设此记录簿一本。
3. The bell logbook must be kept separately on bridge and in engine room.
四、值班驾驶员和轮机员负记录此本之职。
4. The duty officer and engineer are responsible for recording.
五、每次在备车时，驾驶台与机舱必须校准时间。
5. The clocks on bridge and in engine room should be adjusted when stand by engine.
六、当此记录簿用完时，应妥善保存。
6. The logbook should be persevered on board attentively af-ter using up.
七、如有海损事件，此记录簿与航海日志及轮机日志一样是船舶举证依据。
7. If any accident happens, the bell logbook also coukd be the evidence same as the Logbook and Engine Logbook.
八、此记录不得用橡皮擦去或涂改，如有删改必须用笔清晰划去，并由负责记录者在删改处签名。
8. No scrape by rubber or blotting off is allwed if there need any revision, the original words should be clearly crossed off while the original words should be seen, and the signature should be signed beside the revised position.
