在航行中、锚泊或其他必要时，船长在每夜就寝前，必须将有关航行指示事项或其他紧要布置，详细而明确地写入《驾驶台夜间命令簿》，放在海图室内规定的地点。

instructions and other important information into Night Navigation Order Book
in detail before resting. The Order Book must kept in a regular position in
chart room
2.驾驶员接班时，必须充分了解《驾驶台命令簿》内各项指示，亲自签字并严格执行。
The
D/O must fully understand instuctions on the Navigation Order Book, sign and
carry out stickly when on duty,
3.值班驾驶员 如对航行命令了解不够清楚，应立即报告船长 。
If
the Duty Officer has any problem about the orders, inform the master without
any delay.
4.船长临时更改夜航命令内容时，应及时通知值班驾驶员。
When
master change the Navigation Order temporary, inform the change to D/O without
delay.
5.值班驾驶员如未严格遵守夜航命令簿内的指示，船长有权给予警告或停止其当值。
If
the D/O do not carry out the Instuction stickly, the master have the right to
warming or even stopping his duty.
6.此夜间命令作为船长常规命令 的补充。
The
Navigation Order is supplement to the Master regular Orders.
7.夜间命令簿不得涂改。
Alteration
on the records is prohibitted.
8.记录簿用完后由船长保存 3 年。
The
record book must be kept by master for 3 years after used.
