港口卡是收集港口信息和经验的手段,所有人共享。它既不是“待办事项清单”,而是船长对经历过的事情的总结,经验丰富的船长会建议一个不知道下一个港口的情况的同事。港口卡无法取代官方出版物、航海图等。港口卡是船长写的港口的补充资料。公司要求船长保持港口信息卡的更新和更正。Port cards are means of gathering port information and experience by individuals and shared by all. It is neither ‘to-do-list’ but a summary of what an experienced master would advise a colleague who does not know the next port he is scheduled to call at.Port cards are not intended to replace official publications alrs, navigational charts, etc…Port cards are supplementary information written by ships masters. Masters are invited to maintain port cards updated and corrected whenever change or correction is noted.Corrections and suggestions may be sent to :

1.MAJOR OPERATIONNAL ISSUES(重要的操作事项)
接近引航站和BW必须高度注意:在强劲的洋流向北推进(3-4节)下,船可能会漂流到浅水区以及达芙妮外绿浮标以东的锚泊船!
Approach to Pilot Station and BW must be done with high level of attention: under
strong current pushing to the North (3-4 kt), vessels may drift to the shallow waters
and towards anchored vessels east of Daphne Outer Green buoy
2. COMPANY REGULATION:(公司规定)
本节所包含的规则对公司拥有的船队是强制性的。
租赁船在不损害船东权利的情况下采取相应行动。
特别的指导:
对于大于244.3米的船舶
码头港池内最大航速= 7节(保持安全舵效)
最大风速:25节
船首推进器可用
由于港池掉头尺寸有限:
掉头船> 243m最大吃水:9.2m +潮高
至少1条拖轮,如果风速超过15kt,至少2条拖轮
注:由于出港时吃水通常较小,这些船应右舷靠泊然后掉头开航。
The regulations included in this section are mandatory for company owned fleet.
Chartered vessels are invited to act accordingly without prejudice to owners’
particular guidance.
For vessels > 243m LOA
Maximum speed in the terminal basin = 7 kt (safe steering permitting)
Maximum wind to proceed : 25 kt
Bow Thruster serviceable
Due to limited size of turning basin :
Max draft for swinging vessel > 243m : 9.2m + tide level
Minimum One tug - minimum Two if wind over 15 kt
Note : as drafts are usually smaller on departure, these vessels should berth
starboard side then swing on departure.
3. TERMINAL(码头)
TICT:坦桑尼亚国际集装箱码头
码头长550米;码头有6个龙门吊(36吨)
TICT : Tanzania International Container Terminal 06°50,2’S / 039°17,7’E
• Length of pier : 550 m.
• Terminal Serviced by 6 Gantry cranes 36 tons each. (4 -13 rows / 2-15 rows)
4. ENVIRONMENT(环境)
气候:
12月至4月为雨季,1月至3月为主要雷雨季节。
东南季风(4月至10月),带来强风和强海流:通常的海流是东北方向。
但在引航站进口时可能会遇到强的向N流。
在西南季风的高峰期,这股水流的速度可达4节。
在航道和船边,水流很弱(操船时~ 0.5节)
•潮汐
MHWS : 3.6m - HAT: 4.3m
o MHWN : 2.5m
o MSL : 2.0 m
o MLWN : 1.5 m
o MLWS : 0.4 m - LAT: 0.0m
潮流:
涨潮大致方向为西北向,落潮向东南
注意:在任何时候小潮时可安全使用入口通道,但是在大潮时,一个必须注意的是强大的水流,特别是在低潮前后(LW后+/- 2小时)。
•能见度:
除雨季(4月至5月-东南)外,总体良好,十一月至十二月——东北季风,雷暴和大雨可能会明显减少,能见度低于300米。海上和沿岸,晚上和清晨可能出现雾。
•密度:
1.024。没有季节变化。
Weather : the rainy season is from December to April From January to March, main thunderstorm season.
SE Monsoon (April to October), brings strong winds and heavy sea • Current : Usual current is to NE. But strong N-going current may be experienced on the approaches to Pilot Station. At the peak of SW Monsoon this current may flow at up to 4 knots.
In the channel and alongside, current is weak (~0,5 knots during maneuvers)
• Tides
o MHWS : 3.6m - HAT: 4.3m
o MHWN : 2.5m
o MSL : 2.0 m
o MLWN : 1.5 m
o MLWS : 0.4 m - LAT: 0.0m
o Tidal stream : general direction is NW going on the rising tide and SE
going on the falling tide
Caution : at neap tide the entrance channel may be safely used at
any time, but in springs, one must be aware of the strong stream
especially around low water (+/- 2 hours after LW).
• Visibility : Generally good except during rainy season (April to May – SE
Monsson- and November to December – NE Monsoon).
Thunderstorms and heavy rain may significantly reduce
visibility, less than 300M. Over the sea and coast night and
early morning fog can occur.
• Density : 1.024. No seasonal variation.
5. ANCHORAGES / POINT OF NO RETURN(锚地和掉头区)
•锚地:大型船舶:7个指定的锚泊位位于达芙妮礁东北向,水深20-30米。在东南季风期间有良好的庇护。
•从公海直接驶入,通过浮标航道进入,有导灯和浮标的校核船位。沿海船只及小型船只众多,有时锚标记区域的布置可能会影响接近到引航站。
•浮标良好的航道,最小宽度为140米,最近更新(2018年7月),海图基准面最小深度为10.2米。入口航道在拉斯兰戈尼附近的北礁和南礁之间有一个弯道。航道宽度从140米开始变化到210米。
•引行员登轮速度保持在5-7节左右。
•内航道有一个的90°急弯道,需要谨慎航行。
百慕大轮(259米长)最近反馈:“我们使用了2艘拖轮来帮助在弯道转向,但仅限进港。出港,拖轮只是辅助。在到弯道时,我们的速度还不到1kn,最后我们靠倒车停了下来并采用船首推力器左转,转船后增加速度接近4 kn。”
• Anchorage : For Large vessels : seven designated anchor berths with
depths between 20-30M NE of Daphne Reef. Well sheltered during SE
monsoon.
• Direct approach from open sea. Entry through a buoyed channel, with
alignment of leading light and marks. Numerous coastal vessels and small
crafts, sometimes laying outs of anchor marked area may impair the approach
to Pilot Station.
• Well-marked channel with 140m minimum width and latest (JULY 2018)
minimum depth of 10,2 m Chart datum. The entrance channel has one bend between N and S reef near Ras Rangoni. Channel width varies there from 140
to 210 m.
• Pilots generally advise to keep an approach speed around 5-7 kt.
• Inner channel shows a sharp 90° bend which needs to be sailed with caution.
Feedback from M/V BERMUDA (259 m LOA) : “we used 2 tugs to help for turning
in the bend but inbound only. Outbound, the tug was only assisting. On approach
to the bend our speed was less then 1kn, finally we stopped by short kick astern
and used bow thruster full to port as well and after turn of vessel, we increased
speed to approx. 4kn.”

6. PILOTAGE(引水)
•强制引水(仅在白天- 05:00至18:00
在05:00后或16:00前预订)
(五)领航员即使在困难的海上和强涌浪条件下也将登船(在五月至十月的西南季风期间)。
•通信:VHF 12、14、16
•登船位置:06°46.7 S - 039°19.2 E,
下风侧= STBD侧朝向入口航道。
接近P/S速度约5节
• Compulsory (Available only during daylight – 05:00 to 18:00 pilot must be
booked after 05:00 or before 16:00)
➢ Pilot will board the vessel even during difficult sea and swell conditions
during SW Monsoon from May to October
• Communication : VHF 12, 14, 16
• Boarding Position : 06°46.7 S - 039°19.2 E,
➢ Always Lee side = STBD Side heading to the entrance channel.
Speed of approach to the P/S around 5 knots
7. TUGS(拖轮)
•4个拖轮:
“Nyangumi”的系柱拉力约为60吨,
其他的是25/35吨BP。
•集合点:通常在浮标18和22之间
•使用船舶缆绳作为拖缆。
•靠泊2条。
•LOA大于150米的船舶必须使用2艘拖船
• 4 tugs :
o “Nyangumi” is about 60t Bollard Pull,
o others are 25/35 t BP.
• Meeting point : usually between buoy 18 & 22
• Ship’s lines are in use.
• 2 mooring boats as well.
• 2 tugs mandatory for vessels with LOA > 150 m.
8. LIMITS(限制)
•航道内最大吃水:9.5米+潮汐
•航道内最小UKC: 0.7米
•最大LOA: 234米;然而,高达264米也可能,需要港口船长特别授权。
•公司LOA = 259米的被租船已被授权呼叫lTZDAR, 2018年11月。
•港池掉头区域(0潮汐):
M/V BERMUDA掉头(LOA = 259米).距离码头间隙最小30米。
• Maximum draft in the channel : 9,5 m + tide
• Minimum UKC in the channel : 0,7 m
• Maximum LOA : 234 m ; however, up to 264 m
is possible with Harbour Master specific
authorization.
• CMA CGM’s chartered vessel with LOA = 259 m has been authorised to cal
lTZDAR in November 2018.
• Turning basin areas (0 tide) :
M/V BERMUDA swinging (LOA = 259 m). Smallest clearance to the berth during
swinging – 30mtrs.
9. BERTHING(靠泊)
•集装箱码头包括4个泊位(8-11)

1. vessels with LOA over 234m as per HM instruction.
2. Vessels with 15+ rows (Berth#11 can operate 13 rows maximum).
10. CAUTIONS(注意)
•注意内锚地可能抛锚的船只(最大LOA180米)
• Beware of possible anchored vessels (with a max LOA up to 180m) at inner
anchorage when arriving.
11. OTHERS(其它)
•偷渡者在达累斯萨拉姆并不罕见。需要谨慎对待。
•滚装泊位正在建设中,预计年底完工2019.
•1号至7号泊位的现代化和深化到15米正在进行中。泊位13-14将很快扩大。
• Stowaways are not infrequent in Dar Es Salaam. Due caution is required.
• RO-RO Berth is under construction and is expected to be completed at end of
2019.
• Modernisation and deepening to 15m berth No 1 to 7 is in progress. Berth
13-14 will be expanded soon.
