d. Put a T-type special tool in the oil hole of the crankshaft, turn the GE slowly clockwise according to the instructions, and observe the condition of the lower part at any time.
e. You can turn the engine completely when the lower part of main bearing is up.
4.Preparation for Annual survey
The ship management shall make preparations of inspection, including the cleaning of the inspection site, lighting and safe access to the inspection items, safety facilities, and all kinds of sufficient information, instructions and charts required by the inspection.
Before the inspection begins, the ship management shall organize the crew and relevant maintenance personnel to conduct self-inspection of the hull structure, machinery and equipment, etc. If necessary, the repair and maintenance of the relevant equipment should be arranged before the inspection to make sure that it is in good working condition.

6)Preparation for PSC inspection.

Therefore, it is very necessary to set aside at least one day before each arrival according to the actual situation of the ship and the port of destination, it is very necessary for the department chief to lead the cadres and crew of the department to carry out detailed inspection and test of all fire fighting, life-saving, emergency and anti-pollution equipment and ship appearance related to port state inspection, and the head of key equipment department should personally inspect and confirm.
7)Main engine piston withdraw procedure.

6. Clean, measure and replace parts according to the instructions.
7. Before installing each part, it must be inspected by the main pipe and then restored according to the instructions.
9.Bunkering cappuccino effect handling?
答:It is suspected that the fuel being loaded contains air, so the refueling operation should be stopped immediately. Every effort should be made to find and clear the air source and submit a statement to the captain of the refueling barge. Similarly, if there is a "cappuccino effect" when refueling is completed, a statement should be issued. The shipowner and charterer (if any) shall be informed of the relevant information immediately. At the same time, the communication agent of the local protection and indemnity association should be contacted, and they may appoint an independent surveyor to assist the ship.

答:1. In principle, the recovery operation of ship waste oil on the shore should be carried out during the day.
2. After being approved by the ship manager of the company, the chief engineer shall submit the "application for oil and water return operation" to the local maritime safety bureau through the captain.
3. The chief engineer shall notify the captain and the staff on duty of the deckboard department after he has obtained the permit for the operation of sewage oil and water from the local maritime safety bureau.
4. The engineer in charge of the oil and water return operation shall measure the stock of the oil and water tank in advance when formulating the oil and water withdrawal plan.
5. Make a contingency plan and confirm the emergency measures that the ship and the receiver should take in the event of an accident.
6. Emergency tools and emergency items should be prepared to prevent accidents, such as empty buckets, oil-absorbing materials, chemical oil repellents, sawdust, cotton yarn, rags, etc.
7. Proofread the communication tools of both parties and make an appointment with the receiver for the contact signal.
8. Equip them with sufficient personnel to familiarize them with the location of the dirty oil system and the detailed process of the oil withdrawal plan.
9. Inform the Chief Officer to arrange for the carpenter to plug the deck outlet hole and plug the residual hole of the oil collection tank.
10. Check the blind plate of the standard discharge joint (the other side) and the related blind plate of the joint, the seal is good, and the oil collecting barrel should be placed under the joint.
