1.Repeaters of bridge wings gyro compass not adjusted with main compass.
驾驶台两翼陀螺罗经的复示器不随主罗经调整。
2.Certificates for release hook for rescue boat & liferaft don’t have vessel’s name, date & service company sign.
救助艇和救生筏释放钩证书没有船名，日期和服务公司标志。
3.Ship’s gangway doesn’t have “Max load and persons” marked.
船上的舷梯没有标明“最大载重量和人员数”。
4.Main deck’s scupper pipe not closed by plugs during port stay.
在港口停留期间，主甲板的排水管没有被塞子封闭。
