公约给出的依据是应考虑,并没有讲必须遵守或应遵守G8,而G8是认可导则,需查阅该船旗国是否接受G 8导则?

3)SOLAS74-1994amend/CII-2/R15并没有像SOLAS74-24/CII-2/R4那样明确指出EG速闭阀,而是笼统要求。
4)滞留依据是错误的!

2)在A级分隔上的门变形,且无法关闭,缺陷指出还是空调间门,如果如1)所述,并不一定在A级分隔上,所以缺陷描述应清楚。
3)检查期间,CO2 RM外面钥匙丢失,无法打开。而紧跟着又讲船员不知道如何检查CO2瓶中灭火剂数量。上下文矛盾,既然无法进去,又如何知晓船员不会检查CO2瓶中溶剂?
4)第1)和3)依据不正确,应该分别是SOLAS74-1989amend/CII-2/R44, SOLAS74-1992amend/CII-2/R5.
