■打开共轨箱上盖，每天检查里面是否泄漏等。The top covers of the railunit lift up easily, so look inside daily and check for leaks,etc.

■定期检查燃油泵的调节杆系，是否在所有泵上工作正常？燃油泵的尺条可以被推到较小位置，这时候其它会自动补偿上相应的供油量。

Regularly inspect the fuel pump regulating racks.Does it move freely on all pumps ? The rod can be push to a lower position,the other pumps will automatically compensate.

一燃油泵、伺服油泵和控制油泵、阀、分配块、管接头等必须每天检查是否泄漏。Fuel-,Servo- and Control oil pumps,valves, distribution blocks, pipe connections,etc. have to be checked daily for possible leaks.

■可以通过WECS-9520和flexview进行模拟动作。Make use of the simulation possibilities of WECS-9520 and flexView.

控制油泵或者服务泵启动后，排气阀可以手动开或关。这可以检查其工作正常和泄漏。

Once the control oil pump or service pump is running,the exhaust valves can be manually open and closed.This proves that they work properly and leakages can be detected.

可以通过“Injection venting”检查ICU、燃油泵和油头，它会在30秒内开关所有的共轨阀。这步可以用来对新装部件排气，油将流经和伴热这些部件。如有泄漏可以被发现。

To check the ICU, fuel pipes and injectors the function "Injection venting" which will trigger all injection rail valves on-off for 30 seconds. This procedure can be used to vent air from the newly assembled parts.Oil will flow through them and warm them up.Possible leaks can be seen.

■装在E90控制箱内的“在线备件”控制模块可以用于装在任何E95控制箱内。The FCM-20 installed in E90 as “Online-Spare" can be installed in anyE95 box.
