2、Operational guideline (Refer to the general drawing)

1)、起重挂钩： 用拉手插销扳动吊钩到挂钩位置，使吊钩在锁紧情况下， 即可起吊重物。

1). Life-hook: pull the hanger to the hook with the knob of the bolt, so that the hanger is been locked firm, when it can lift heavy thing.

2)、起重脱钩：吊钩在工作负荷时，先用拉手钢丝绳拉动弹簧座手柄到释放位置(Ⅱ)，才能使吊钩在无负荷下能自动脱钩。

2). Lift-unhook: When the hanger is in working load, pull the lever of spring socket to the releasing station(Ⅱ) with cable, so that the hanger can work.

一、释放后吊钩的复位

Ⅲ. Rese t of lifting hook after release

1、取出拉绳手柄

1, Remove guy rope handle

2、把拉绳手柄顶端插入吊钩下孔内

2, Insert the top of guy rope handle into the under hole of the lifting hook

3、左手握紧释放钩左侧下，右手将拉绳手柄用力一压即可

3, Hold under the left side of release hook by left hand, press guy rope handle powerfully by right hand

注意： 不正确的或不完整的复位可能导致救生筏坠落，从而导致死亡或严重伤害。

Pay attention:

Incorrect or incomplete reset may cause falling of life raft, thus cause death or serious harm.

检查：

检查手柄是否在挂钩位置( 图号5)

检查吊钩是否在锁紧位置(图号25)

Inspection

1, Inspect whether the handle is hung on the position of the hook (Figure no.5)

2, Inspect whether the lifting ho ok is on locking position (Figure no.25)

禁止：当无法确保释放钩完整关闭时，禁止进入救生筏。释放钩不完整的复位会导致救生筏坠落，从而导致乘员的死亡。

Forbidden: When you can't ensure that the release hooks are completely closed, it is forbidden to enter into life raft. Reset with incomplete release hook may cause the falling of life raft, thus cause death of passengers.

当降放救生筏手柄至释放位置时，拉手手柄插在插销座内，防止与救生筏缠绕。(图号20)

When dropping life raft handle to release position, pulling handle is inserted in plug pin, prevent winding with life raft. ( Figure no.20)

当救生筏释放钩在自动功能失效时，操作如下：

1、手柄拉至手柄释放位置。(图号5)

2、手柄插销插在吊钩下孔内。( 图号25)

左手固定释放钩，右手通过手柄插销用力往上一扳，即可手动释放(强行打开)。

When life raft release hooks lose effectiveness of automatic function, the operations are as follows:

1, Handle is pulled to handle release position.(Figure no.5)

2, Handle plug pin is inserted in down hole of lifting hook. (Figure no.25)

Fix release hook with left hand, use right hand to pull up with handle plug pin, thus release manually (forced opening).

吊环直径不能大于25mmRings can not be moret han 25mm in diameter

二、每周/每月检查及日常保养

IV. Weekly/monthly inspection and daily maintenance

　　释放钩检查及日常保养必须由经过培训人员及高级船员的监督指导下进行。

　　Release hook inspection and daily maintenance should begiven under the supervision and direction of the personnel who has been trained and senior officers.

　　1、每周检查释放钩的完整性， 各部件有无损坏，清洗表面油渍，检查活动部位的灵活性，活动部位加注润滑油，检查报告载入航海日记。

　　1. Check the completeness of release hook oncc a week,whether any damage in all parts, clean oil stains on the surface, check the flexibility of moving parts, moving parts should be filled with lubricating oil, and inspection reports should be recorded in journal.

　2、每月检查保养，释放钩进行一次全面清洗，检查各部位的灵活性，完整性，各部件有无损坏，手动操作吊钩打开，关闭，3-4次，表面保持清洁， 活动部位加注润滑油，保证释放钩处于安全的工作状态，检查保养报告必须由检查员或船长签名，检查保养记录载入航海日记。

　　2. Inspection and maintenance once a month, release hookshould be given a thorough cleaning, check the flexibility and completeness of all moving parts, whether any damage in all parts, open and close hook by hand three or four times, keep cleaning on the surface, moving parts should be filled with lubricating oil, to ensure the release hook is in the safety working condition, the inspection and maintenance reports must be signed by the checker or the ship master, the inspection and maintenance reports should be recorded in journal.
