共轨阀 RV-2, On-Time
RV-2共轨阀动作都非常快，以便达到精确的喷射和排气阀定时。
The RV-2 rail valves are switching very fast to achieve a precise injection and exhaust valve timing.
典型的反应时间Typical on-times are:
<1.5 ms good 很好
1.6- 2.5 ms So SO 一般
> 2.6 ms poor 较差
4.5 ms limit！!极限
防护栏杆Protection Guards

E95控制箱有防损坏的防护栏杆。The E95 boxes have to be protected against damage by using the protection guards.
保护 Protection
防止意外警报Protection against unexpected alarms
装有保护盖，为了防止意外碰到应急停车按钮。To avoid a slow-down/ shut-down released by accidentally pushed lever, protect it with a cover.
伴热 Trace Heating
共轨、供油单元和上升管(所有的燃油部件)都有伴热管：
Trace heating of rail unit, supply unit and rising pipes (all fuel parts):■为了避免重油的粘结，伴热管应该一直开启，尤其是停在码头期间。在共轨管和上升管内的燃油没有循环，必须保温。
■为了避免启动困难，建议动车前4小时开启加热。
■所有共轨盖子应该保持关闭状态。
注意：当从重油转为柴油时，伴热应该提前关闭，以免柴油过热。
滑油处理Oil treatment
■有些液压部件非常敏感，需要很干净的油。这样可以防止操作故障和延长使用寿命。
自清滤器可以足够有效的提供清洁的油。滤器能随时提供高压差警报，来指示主滑油的处理故障。
■只有在应急情况下，自清滤器可以转到旁通位置。

■为了保证可靠性，两个电磁阀都应
随时可用状态。
■定期进行功能试验，断开一个电磁阀
使用另外一个电磁阀启动主机。
两电磁阀定期互换使用。
切断电磁阀可以通过拔下相应插头或者通过flexview用户界面切断。启动主机试验电磁阀可以通过慢转“slow turning”或者冲车“air run”来试验。
