1. Propeller Repair（螺旋桨修理）

中间轴应被拆卸并吊起。尾轴应被抽进机舱。尾轴锥体应通过磁粉探伤进行检查。首尾密封应被更换。首尾不锈钢套应进行检查和测量。如有必要，外表面应进行机械加工。

The intermediate shaft should be dismantled and hung up. The tail shaft should be withdrawn into the engine room. The tail shaft taper should be checked by magnetic particle testing. The fore and aft seals should be replaced. The fore and aft liners should be checked and measured. If necessary, the outer surface should be machined.

3. Anchor and Anchor Chain Repair（锚和锚链修理）

锚和锚链应被放下并排列在干 / 浮船坞的甲板上。测量每一节的直径，用高压水清洗，并使用红、白油漆和不锈钢链条进行标记。

The anchors and anchor chains should be lowered and laid out on the deck of the dry/floating dock. Measure the diameter of each link, clean with high-pressure water, and mark with red and white paint and stainless steel wire.

4. Rudder System Repair（舵系修理）

测量并记录上下舵栓间隙和舵跳动量。打开检查孔并检查舵销螺母。拆卸盘根压盖并检查盘根。在开始这些任务之前，通知轮机长进行现场检查。Measure and record the upper and lower rudder pintle clearance and the rudder jumper clearance. Open the inspection hole and check the pintle nut. Dismantle the packing cover and check the packing. Inform the chief engineer before starting these tasks for on-site inspection.

5. Sea Bottom and Overboard Valve Repair（海底阀和舷外阀修理）

所有海底阀和舷外阀应被打开、检查、清洗，并对密封面进行研磨。所有盘根和密封垫应被更换。在阀体内部涂上红油漆。所有螺栓和螺母也应被更换。蝶阀应从外部进行清洁。在重新安装阀门之前，通知轮机长进行逐个检查。会后，轮机长将向你或你的领班指出阀门的位置。

All sea bottom valves and overboard valves should be opened, checked, cleaned, and the sealing surface ground. All packing and gaskets should be replaced. Red paint should be coated on the inner surface of the valve body. All bolts and nuts should also be replaced. The butterfly valve should be cleaned from the outside. Inform the chief engineer before refitting the valves for individual inspection. After the meeting, the chief engineer will show the valve positions to you or your foreman.

Bottom Plug Repair（海底塞修理）

进坞后，打开 12 个海底塞。一旦所有的水都排干，逐个检查海底塞和塞座。如果有问题，更换塞子或塞座。在打开和关闭海底塞时，通知大副并一起作业。

After dry docking, open 12 bottom plugs. Once all the water is drained, check the bottom plugs and seats one by one. If there is a problem, replace the plug or seat. Inform the chief mate when opening and closing the bottom plug and work together.
