一、坞修工程（Docking Works）

1. 本次坞修需安排尾轴及螺旋桨拆卸至车间检修。

2. 船坞费包含进出坞拖带服务及系泊人员费用。
   Dock charges include towage service and fees for line handlers during docking and undocking.

   Remove and replace keel blocks carefully to avoid damaging the hull keel.
4. 拖轮费已纳入本次坞修的总预算中。
   Tugboat fees are included in the total budget for this docking.
5. 尾轴管检查需测量尾轴下沉量，确保轴承磨损在允许范围内。
   Inspecting the shaft alley requires measuring stern tube bearing wear-down to ensure it’s within the allowable range.
6. 装复螺旋桨前，需先完成轴套的磁性探伤。
   Before reinstalling the propeller, the brass sleeve must undergo a magnetic test.
7. 脚手架搭设应覆盖尾轴检修区域，保障作业安全。
   Staging should cover the tailshaft maintenance area to ensure work safety.
8. 防绳罩需在螺旋桨安装后立即装复，防止绳索缠绕。
   The rope guard must be reassembled immediately after propeller installation to prevent rope entanglement.
9. 铁梨木轴承的压条磨损严重，本次坞修需更换。
   The fore side lignum vitae of the lignum vitae bearing is severely worn and needs replacement during this docking.
10. 水下工作包括海底阀箱和海底格栅的清洁与检查。
    Underwater work includes cleaning and inspecting the sea chest and sea chest grating.
11. 舵销间隙超标，需研磨处理以恢复正常配合。

6. 船壳板局部锈蚀区域需进行局部冲砂处理。
   Spotblasting is required for locally rusted areas on the side plates.
7. 机械除锈适用于锚链筒等难以手工清理的部位。
   Mechanical scaling is suitable for areas like hawse pipes that are hard to clean manually.
8. 左舷锚链需放出检查，测量链节磨损情况。
   The port anchor cable should be ranged out for inspection, and shackle wear measured.
