Shipyard PM：Tank capacities are approximately: heavy fuel oil tank ~2000 m³, diesel oil tank ~400 m³, fresh water tank ~200 m³, ballast water tank ~6200 m³, sludge tank ~200 m³, and ER bilge water ~60 m³. Based on fuel tank capacity, the cruising range is about 14,000 nautical miles, suitable for global routes with a one-day margin.

2. 关于航速测试与标准

船东代表：航速测试的具体条件和判定标准是什么？如果试航时天气不符合要求，结果如何处理？
Shipyard PM：服务航速 20 节的测试条件包括：吃水 9.85 米、零纵倾、主机 90% MCR、15% 海况余量、蒲福风级≤2 级等。试航在与船模试验对应的压载吃水状态下进行，若压载功率与船模结果有差异，满载功率按 “满载船模结果 ×（实测压载功率 ÷ 压载船模功率）” 推算。若实际天气或水深不符，结果将按船厂惯例修正，最终取两次往返的 DGPS 测量平均值。

If weather/water depth is inconsistent, results are corrected per shipyard practice, with the final speed being the average of two round trips via DGPS.

4. 关于船东供品与安装责任

船东代表：哪些设备由船东提供？船厂负责哪些工作？
Shipyard PM：船东供品包括超出规格书的娱乐设备、药品、厨房用具、滑油、海图、垃圾压缩机等 32 项，需在指定时间送达船厂，费用由船东承担。船厂负责储存和免费安装，最终调试和测试由船东指定的厂商完成，费用由船东承担。若供品因设计或运输损坏，修理费用由船东补偿。

Shipyard PM：Owner-furnished items include 32 categories: excess hobby equipment, medicines, galley inventory, lubricants, charts, garbage presses, etc. They must be delivered to the shipyard at the designated time, at the owner’s expense. The shipyard stores and installs them free of charge; final commissioning is done by owner-designated manufacturers, at the owner’s expense. If supplies are damaged due to design or transportation, repair costs are compensated by the owner.

5. 关于试验计划与通知

船东代表：试航和试验的计划如何安排？通知周期有什么要求？
Shipyard PM：试验需经船东和船级社同意，涵盖系泊试验、航行试验等。详细计划需提前提交审批：国内试验提前 4 天，国外试验提前 7 天，船厂内常规检验提前 24 小时通知监造方。振动和噪音测试需在海况≤3 级、水深＞8 倍吃水时进行，若结果超标，双方协商整改。

Shipyard PM：Trials (mooring, sea trials) require owner and classification society approval.
