Part AKindly be noted port information asf:1. Position of Baosteel Raw Material Wharf: 31°28.5′N ,121°25.5′E    Position of Baosteel Product Wharf:  31°25.6′N, 121°28.5′E2. Draft limit at Baosteel Raw Material Wharf: 12.80mfw3. Port security level: one    Phone number of Security officer: +86-21-266460574. As per the new DECA regulation effected from 1st Oct 2018, all vessels stay at Baosteel terminal  are required to use low sulphur oil with sulphur content NOT EXCEED 0.5m/m.            

 

Part BVessel is required asf:

1. Clean the main deck especially pilot boarding area and remove all scattered iron ore or other unnecessary materials to make sure the safe boarding of pilots.

2. Check and confirm that pilot embarking/disembarking arrangements are prepared in accordance with SOLAS Regulation V/23 & IMO Resolution A.1045(27).

3. Check and confirm vessel's main engine is in good condition.

4. Vessel is suggested to change ballast at open sea and pls carry as less ballast as possible as sometimes Qurantine  will charge for deballasting.

5  No sludge disposal allowed without agents involved.

6. Standby VHF 24hrs and follow the instruction of VTS after anchoring at CJK anchorage.

7. Shanghai Maritime VHF working channel: CJK/CH08, NORTH CHANNEL/CH09,SOUTH CHANNEL/CH72, WAIGAOQIAO/CH71, BAOSHAN/CH73

8. Vessel's speed requirement: over 10 knots

9. Springboard (skipboard) and safety net should be prepared and safely secured during stay at Baosteel wharf.

10. Vessel is to berth portside at Baosteel wharf unless otherwise required.

11. Mooring requirement:for DWT over 175000mts: 20 lines

Your vessel ETB Baosteel Wharf 0300hrs/8th June.Kindly proceed to pilot boarding area near 31-06.6N 122-27E ( north of buoy D5, draft limit 12.0m) and meet the pilot at said time & contact pilotstn by VHF/CH69, so that pilot could come on board as scheduled.

Don't fill in arrival date.B-Ship energy consumption data report form, Pls fill in the amount of oils youused from the last port to this port BAOSHAN berth.(please see attached),stamp and sign by Captain in the end.C-Pls fill in arrival condition list and give to me after berthing(please see attached)D-Prepare all crew original seaman books

 6        Nbr of crew (mail or female)/passenger with health state     7        Pls send us the IMO crew list in word or excel form indicating where/when crew embarked and if received vaccination of Covid-19 . For Chinese crew, pls put their Chinese names.    

8       If there is crew change inside Chinese territory in this voyage, kindly inform how many signing on & off.

Please kindly find the attached Security Message & Safety Notice of MSA Shanghai for your reference. As per the request of port authorities, kindly check & clean M/E cooling system filter carefully before vessel enter & exit port avoiding the M/E malfunction cause by filter jam.
Also, please make vessel safety check as per test items as attached within twelve hours before entering north channel, ie checking on main deck, main engine etc. and submit evidence for tests to Wusong VTS via email ( wsvts@shmsa.gov.cn ) four hours before entering north channel. The name of the email should be " vessel's name+ self-check docs". Pls strictly abide by the requirement of MSA as mentioned in the attached notice.Pls confirm safe receipt of the message.
