U.S.C.G: AT New Orleans General Anchorage M/V Sea King/3EGG6，This is U.S.C.G calling.

美国海岸警备队：在新奥尔良通用锚地的锚泊船“海上国王”轮，这是美国海岸警备队呼叫。

OOW:GOOD MORNING U.S.C.G,This is M/V Sea King/3EGG6,over.

值班驾驶员：早上好！美国海岸警备队我们是“海上国王”轮。

U.S.C.G:Please inform the captain that will  embark for inspection at 0930 hours local time  Advice you rig gangway combined with pilot ladder on port side above 2 meter, over and out.

美国海岸警备队:请通知你们船长我们将在0930LT登轮检查，建议你把组合体放在左舷水面2米，请讲，我结束通话。

OOW:Your message well understood, out.

值班驾驶员：你的信息已明白，结束通信。

U.S.C.G: GOOD MORNING captain ,We are the U.S.C.G.Today there’s going to be a spot check on a fire drill.

美国海岸警备队:早上好船长，我们是美国海岸警备队，今天我们将抽查本轮一次消防演习。

CAPTAIN: , GOOD MORNING，Mr. Officer.EXCUSE ME,SIR,Assume that a fire was in the galley,Are you OK?

船长：早上好,长官。请问我们模拟厨房失火可以吗？

U.S.C.G:It is up to you,Mr Captain. 

美国海岸警备队：由你定，船长。

CAPTAIN:Push the manually operated call points to notify the crew, and report the fire to the bridge or damage control centre.

船长：按下手动报警按钮通知船员，并将火警向驾驶台或损害控制中心报告。

U.S.C.G:How often do you carry out a fire drill?,Mr Captain. 

美国海岸警备队：船长，你们多长时间进行一次消防演习?

CAPTAIN:Once a month，SIR.

船长：每月一次,长官。

U.S.C.G:What should the firefighting party do during the fire drill?

美国海岸警备队：在消防演习中消防组应做些什么？

CAPTAIN:During the fire drill the firefighting party should arrive at the scene immediately, break out their equipment and fight the simulated fire，SIR.

船长：在消防演习中消防组应及时到达现场，启动灭火装置并扑灭模拟火源。

U.S.C.G:Who is the on-scene commander of a fire drill?

美国海岸警备队：平常谁在现场指挥消防演习？

CAPTAIN:You look !The chief officer is in charge of it on site this fire drill. If the drill is performed in the engine room, the chief engineer will be in charge of it，SIR.

船长：长官你看，这次甲板演习大副负责现场指挥，如演习在机舱进行,轮机长则是现场指挥。

Chief Mate:On deck. Put on breathing apparatus, smoke helmet, protective clothes, carry your outfits.check watertight door control &electrical lighting and report.stand by fire party,captain!

大副：船长，在甲板上，戴呼吸器、头盔、穿防护服,检查水密门和应急灯，消防队待命！

CAPTAIN:Starting fire fighting,please take two fire parties to scene,and have lifeline to outside,Connect water hoses water is cooling outside,rescue team standing by,C/O.

船长：大副开始救火，派两个救火队人员到现场用救生绳保持外界联系消防水外界冷却，同时救护队待命。

Chief Mate:Roger,Fighting fire。

大副:收到，灭火。

CAPTAIN:：Is fire under control?

船长：火势已控制吗？

Chief Mate:A small fire caused by cooking,Now, Fire extinguished. Ask retreat signal.

大副：厨房炒菜引起的小火，现已熄灭，请求取消信号。

CAPTAIN:Agree on retreat signal. Fire alarm cancelled.

船长：同意撤消信号，火警取消。

CAPTAIN:All the crewmembers are now mustered at the muster station,sir.

船长：检察官，所有船员在集合站集合完毕。

U.S.C.G:OK,Please let you start and evaluate this fire drill.

美国海岸警备队：你们请开始对这次演习评估。

U.S.C.G:Have you got any deficiencies during the last U.S.C.G inspections?,SIR

美国海岸警备队：上一次美国海岸警备队检查中有缺陷吗?

CAPTAIN:No deficiencies at the NEWYORK.

船长：上次在纽约是无缺陷通过。
